MOI! Our kids have flown out of our 1930s home and now we have rooms that need to be used! This spacious room has a view of the beautiful greenery of the City Park. The house is central: the city center is an 18-minute walk and the CS is 10 minutes away. Martiniplaza right around the corner. You have your own entrance, spacious (private) bathroom and private toilet at your disposal. There is a mini fridge, microwave and separate study. Life in Groningen is buzzing and you can relax here. Welcome! No students.

Directly at the entrance of Borgerswold park and a nice starting point for bike rides, don't forget to visit Groningen.

The stay is a 10-minute drive from Assen and features a private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and nice outdoor terrace. Stay for 1-4 people and doesn't include breakfast.
