In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly in order to preserve the estate, it has been decided to partly convert this into an atmospheric B&B Come stay with the cozy hostess who welcomes you and makes your stay as comfortable as possible.

Welcome in our B&B Kolholsterhorn. Come and enjoy the countryside environment and tranquility. Beautiful bikes and hiking trails nearby. You stay in a converted barn, this is an apartment for 4 people with 2 sleeping rooms (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs) downstairs is all on the same floor ,wheelchair friendly. Also there is a kitchen at your disposal with dishwasher and washing machine. In the bathroom, you can enjoy the Jacuzzi! basic amenities are provided, and coffee, and tea.

Directly at the entrance of Borgerswold park and a nice starting point for bike rides, don't forget to visit Groningen.

In addition to the beautiful nature, there is a lot of history to see (hunebed within walking distance) and there are the necessary restaurants nearby. The stay is a 10-minute drive from Assen and features a private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and nice outdoor terrace. Stay for 1-4 people and doesn't include breakfast. The studio "De Noot" is complete, cozy and luxuriously furnished and is located in a rural farmhouse, within walking distance of public transport, on the outskirts of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base, work or to relax and unwind. There are 2 bicycles available to guests. There is a large green yard and an orchard. We have: chickens, rooster, a few sheep and a sweet dog (stable). 0verig: is on ground floor, free parking.

The famous water village Giethoorn is located at a driving distance of 26 kilometres.

It is on boating,/swimming water (canoe for free). Very suitable to explore the province or the Reitdiepdal (eg Garnwerd, Winsum - most beautiful village '20, Zoutkamp).
