The cottage has 6 sleeping places, given the size and the sanitary facilities we think it is suitable for a maximum of 5 people. Holiday feeling on arrival! There is an option for bedsheets and towels (surcharge through me directly). Camping bed available with extra mattress 6 cm thick with mattress sheet (10 euros fee). Baby chair plus high chair available. Due to its location, the house has remained sufficiently cool even in the heat wave, and also has 3 portable tower fans. Good internet with free wifi, TV with extensive channel network plus a chromecast streaker so that in addition to the many TV channels, you can also watch your favorite programs from your phone or tablet via WiFi on the TV. There is a sitting/dining room with open kitchen, a small shower/toilet and three bedrooms: 2 Bedrooms with a double bed (200x140) with washbasin. 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (200x90). Good mosquitosnets in the windows in all bedrooms. The kitchen is almost new and fully equipped including dishwasher, combi microwave/oven, gas stove, extractor hood, sandwich maker, toaster, hand blender, Nespresso machine, filter coffee, milk frother, kettle, and plenty of pans and crockery. We provide salt, pepper, tea, sugar, oil, washing up liquid, a garbage bag, some dishwasher tablets, sponge and dishcloth, a toilet roll and a kitchen roll. The dining room table is extendabl. Baby chair available, see photo. There are many games, some reading books and donald duck pockets available. After consultation with me, the fireplace can only be used with fireplace briquettes and if you have experience. If in stock: I can supply the briquettes on request. In the garden there is both a fixed garden table and a movable garden table with 6 chairs and garden cushions. Extra garden chairs are available so that you can make sitting areas here and there in the garden, depending on the sun. Dog basket available. Next to the small green bungalow park is a very quiet, spacious campsite. Guests of our bungalow can make free use of the heated outdoor pool (open from May to the first week of September), two all-weather tennis courts, table tennis tables, and playing fields. You can rent bicycles (also electric, mountain and children's) through the reception of the park. There is a mini golf course which can be used for a fee. There is a delicious bread service and a small kiosk via the reception. Tokens for the launderette and dryer are available at the reception.

Full privacy with a private garden of over 2,000 m² and access to the 20,000 m² wildlife estate. The manager lives on the property. The vacation home is located in such a way that, despite its presence at a distance, you are completely free. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy fantastic cycling, hiking, bird watching, and canoeing; in Roden, there is a 9-hole golf course.

It is located on a small-scale holiday park on the Leekstermeer. Within a 50-meter walk, you can enter or access the lake. Right next to the park is the beautiful nature reserve De Onlanden. And with 30 minutes of cycling, you are in the middle of the city center of the fun city of Groningen. The house has a lovely terrace with its own sauna (wood-fired). Unique!

3-Bedroom Chalet (price includes all park fees)

The chalet is located at Siblu Lauwersoog campsite, directly on the Lauwersmeer with 2 beaches. There is a nice patio on the southwest. The park is a few minutes' walk from sailing/surfing school “De Lauwer”, where you can also rent boats. The park has various facilities, such as a kids club and animation team, a playground, an indoor playground, a supermarket and an atmospheric restaurant with a beautiful terrace. There are also SUPs, bicycles, e-choppers, and go-karts for rent. The chalet has 3 bedrooms.
