De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Hidden in the woods of Soestduinen, on the Estate de Paltz, lies the Barn. This originally old barn is now a cozy vacation home and has all the comforts. Here you can enjoy the wooded environment and the idyllic, quiet atmosphere on the Estate. The presence of the horses on the property adds to the rural atmosphere. Your private "front house" has its own entrance and all conveniences. So you will have all privacy but if you need any help, we would love to help you out (we live nextdoor). Ps the new super (pricewinning Bruno bed) sofa bed has arrived and is installed!

A quiet, stylish studio located in Utrecht with a free parking place. The studio is built above a recently renovated old barn and is located in the garden of a monumental city farm. The studio is entirely for the tenant and is separate from our family house. The studio is accessible from the garden and has its own entrance with a staircase to the first floor. The garden has space to park 1 car for free during your stay.

You can relax together with your family in this stylish guesthouse near Utrecht! This charming guesthouse (approx. 60m2) is located in a quiet location in Bilthoven-Noord, a stone's throw from the Ridderoordse bossen. From here you can walk or cycle to the beautiful Lage Vuursche. By train you can reach Utrecht within 10 minutes from Bilthoven station (car 15 min / bike 35 min). Amersfoort and Zeist are also nearby.

Jan's renovated cowshed has 3 spacious double rooms. All rooms have a beautiful private bathroom with shower and toilet. The rooms are accessible via a hallway to a cozy, shared living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Coffee and tea are available unlimited. At pleasant temperatures, one can make use of a cozily furnished barn, which serves as an extra seating area.
