A freshly baked pizza is presented on a wooden board, topped with melted cheese and slices of pepperoni. Next to it, a bottle of Birra Moretti stands upright, labeled 'L'Autentica.' The rustic background adds to the inviting atmosphere.

Log Cabin wild glamping at Crackpot off grid

JessicaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Apologies for the late review—I stayed here on the 10th of May, and the experience has definitely stayed with me! This place was absolutely lovely. The views of the countryside were stunning and made for such a peaceful escape. One of the highlights of the stay was enjoying delicious homemade pizza (and trying homemade tomato sauce)! and then sitting around the fire pit that evening—such a cozy and memorable night under the stars🥰 The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel even more special. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared! Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway and if you’re wanting to spend time in nature! Would definitely love to come back! Thank you to you both🫶🏼

Cosy Yorkshire Dales cottage in idyllic setting

SimonRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
A charming cottage in an idyllic location. I would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a quiet comfortable retreat in the Yorkshire Dales. There is superb hiking straight from the front door and I can recommend the short adventurous walk across the fields to the Bolton Arms pub at Downholme. The cottage was comfortable and cosy. It has some quirky features you would expect of a very old stone built home, so don't have unreasonable expectations of a hotel-style accommodation, enjoy the individual charm of this place, which is furnished and equipped to a high standard. We cooked in most evenings and found the kitchen to be very well equipped, even for baking. If you prefer to go out, Richmond is a short drive away with many restaurants and shops. We loved our stay at this cottage and would not hesitate to recommend it.

The living room showcases a combination of traditional and eclectic decor. A woodburning stove is centrally placed, surrounded by framed artwork and candle holders. A wooden table sits nearby with two glasses and a can, while a cozy couch and textured wall hangings add warmth.

Georgian Town House

PhillipRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We have had a lovely stay, the property was very well equipped, spacious and clean. We’ve stayed in a few cottages and this is by far the best. A short walk to the restaurants, waterfall and a lovely walk along the river. It was very peaceful and will definitely stay again. Thank you

Cosy cottage for two with superking or twin beds

JaneRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We had the most wonderful stay at The Nook - we only wish it were longer! Langthwaite is BEAUTIFUL: tiny, extremely picturesque and tucked away in the dales surrounded by magnificent walks - quite literally from the front door. Inside the front door, it is just as beautiful. The Nook is really well equipped - there is everything you need to cook and feel at home, and the most fabulous large and comfortable bed! We were staying at the very end of a two week holiday, and hadn't had a bed where we could stretch out throughout (one of us is rather tall!), so this super-king felt heaven-sent! When we arrived, we found two slices of delicious cake and a lovely bunch of flowers waiting for us - details like this really count and are appreciated. The cottage itself is gorgeous and full of character, it was a privilege to stay there and we are very keen to return and stay longer. Thank you Heather, hope to meet you again!
A vibrant display of flowers in various colors occupies the foreground, while a scenic view of lush green fields and hills extends in the background. Charming stone cottages are visible in the midground, set against a partly cloudy sky.

One bed annex in swaledale

KeithRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I stayed here one night while walking the coast to coast path. The annex is about five minutes walk from the middle of Reeth, and has everything you'd need. The bedroom is under the roof above the main living area and has sloping ceilings. Very peaceful place.
