This is a beautiful property with lots of space for everyone. Well-appointed kitchen and plenty of bathrooms throughout the property. Lovely grounds with trampoline, bbq, ping pong, outdoor seating and everything you can think of needing. It's in a rural area but close to town so you feel like you are secluded. Town was a 5 min drive. The were very responsive to our needs and we fantastic to work with as we had some special requests. I highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay! Eva and Peter were fantastic hosts. Great communication and super friendly. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed!

Spent our bachelorette party here on a weekend and had a lovely time together. Despite our high number of participants, everyone also had the opportunity to retreat or do something together with the entire group. Of course, the highlights are the whirlpool and sauna. The beds must also be positively highlighted. Rarely slept so well outside. Highly recommended for bachelor parties 👌🏻

Absolutely lovely apartment in a gorgeous location. Anja's family are lovely and made us feel very welcome. The apartment itself is at the top of a steep road - walkable, but it's a shock to the system the first time - and Overath is a pleasant journey by rail or bus to Cologne, Bonn and the rest of the local area. It's very comfortable and clean, and the kitchen is small but very well-appointed. We had a wonderful.time.

Excellent guesthouse in a nice quiet location, near the Maas. There were several cottages on site. The house we rented had a private garden that was well screened. The courtyard was shared with everyone and there were some children's bikes. In the house itself, everything was very clean. There was plenty of space, plenty of equipment also in the kitchen. Too bad the piano didn't work (some keys broken and it was completely false!) In addition, it is also unfortunate that the hot tub in the garden is not included but that this is payable separately in cash.

Nice place, especially if the weather is right. Booking a hot tub is recommended, please note that the swimming pool opens from mid-May. Cottage is a bit noisy, something to take into account.

I had a pleasant stay. Great locations and surroundings. Host is very proactive and responsive. He had also recommended us list of attractions and activities which we can do in surrounding areas. Having built in breakfast and outer garden with sauna was a delight. I could not get the chance to explore but would definitely explore it in my next visit. Overall, would recommend everyone to experience if you are planning to visit Duisburg.

Fridolin and Nora are warm and lovely hosts, who took extra steps to make our stay incredibly comfortable and homely. We stayed there with our fourteen month old daughter and our dog, the hosts had thought of everything we might need and had set up the place accordingly for our stay. It honestly felt like visiting family and not an Airbnb. Their place was perfect for a short stay, and incredibly cozy. Additional things provided; baby cot, baby high stool, baby towel, dog feeding bowl, dog treats, multivitamin bottled juice(including one for our toddler), sparkling mineral water bottles. My daughter was also given a little crochetted bear to take with, which was a really nice touch.

Been here for the second time. I would be happy to come back.

Everything was great! The hosts are very friendly and were very helpful :) The room was very clean and you had everything you needed. The location was also great, you are in the city in 20 minutes or in nature in 5 minutes… depending on what you are planning. Thanks!☺️

Fantastic stay in this great apartment. 5 minutes walk from metro station and easy to get in. 3 decent size bedrooms and nice communal area. There were lots of really nice touches around the place (Pringles vending machine!). Brilliant location, walking distance to the city centre but felt like such a lovely suburb. Lively bars and cafes but not noisy at night. Supermarket 5 minutes away and a Kiosk opposite. A really great location to be based from on a trip to Koln.

We had a lovely time.

Spacious and well cared for. Quiet area, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very close to the subway and easy to reach by public transport. Great connection to the airport! Adrian was helpful and very friendly, a great host! We'll definitely be back:)

We were there as a group over a long weekend and were able to fully enjoy the tranquility, the nature and the beautiful grounds.

Great apartment, very nice, spacious and clean. We had a pleasant stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is our second time staying here and would be happy to come back again. I highly recommend!

Everythinng worked fine for a two - month stay.. Fully equipped both in kitchen and furniture - wise. Nice and safe neighbourhood. Elena was easy to get hold of .

Located in the middle of a golf course, surrounded by trees with a sunny terrace, fire pit, hot tub and - especially - a swimming pound make it a great place to stay for a few days. The kitchen is well equiped and everything was super clean when we arrived. We recommend.

Nice, spacious house, with a beautiful enclosed garden. Everything you need is available. Quiet park, in the Limburg nature. Very pleasant and clear communication with Jacqueline! Recommended.
