A cozy bright barn near the Dyck Castle

Enjoy the countryside with Dyck Castle at walking distance. There are several bike roads and walking paths, and the highway (A46) is only few minutes drive away. Two bakeries and a fruit shop are within 2 km. The barn has been fully renovated while keeping the 4 original brick walls. It is equipped with floor heating and offers a loft style space. The access is from the shared courtyard and in the back you can enjoy the garden. The covered gate area is ideal to park bicycles and motorbikes.

Das Torhaus ist die Top-Location auf Schloß Türnich - es gibt bei uns keinen auf dem Hof, der da nicht wohnen möchte. In dem bezaubernden Torhaus aus dem 19. Jh. befindet sich oben ein wunderschöner Raum mit Kamin und Bad. Und das inmitten des bezaubernden Schlossensembles mit seinen verwunschenen Gärten und einem Bio-Café mit herrlichem Essen aus den eigenen Gärten. Das Torhaus hat seinen eigenen Eingang. Wie in einem urigen Turmtreppenhaus steigst du zu deiner Wohnung hinauf.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. Due to the traffic-friendly location, cities such as Düsseldorf, Cologne, Aachen and the Netherlands are within easy reach. Free parking and public e-charging station outside the door.

The small barn has a separate entrance and is part of a 100-year-old half-timbered house. The house is centrally located and quiet with a view of the countryside. Shops and restaurants as well as snacks are within walking distance. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Upstairs is the bedroom and a couch with TV (smart TV). Wi-Fi is available. The property also has an Expressi coffee machine, a stovetop, microwave and fridge.

Apartment in an old manor

The one-room apartment is about 42 square meters. It has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with a cooking island. In the apartment there is a double bed and an excellent sofa bed by Bali (each 140 wide). Arrival by 10 pm, the courtyard gate is closed at night. Renting for single nights is only possible in exceptional cases, renting to 3 + 4 people only from 3 nights. Cot and high chair cost €3 extra each. No shutters or blinds. NO SMOKING!

Our apartment is conveniently located near Düsseldorf. By car in about 15 to 25 minutes to Düsseldorf, About 30 minutes to Cologne Nevertheless, you do not have to give up relaxing nights, as we live very quietly. All shopping facilities are within walking distance. Thanks to your own kitchen, nothing stands in the way of a healthy and delicious start to the day. Look forward to your own newly built bathroom in 2022 to end a stressful day.
