It's 55 sqm, 4 guests, it has a small kitchen with sat tv, 2 double bedroom, a bathroom with shower (not bidet). It’s on the first floor. Outside, on the ground floor, there are shared tables. Heated pool up to 25°degrees in printemps and automne. In front of the property there is a restaurant, only for dinner, closed on Wednesday. Not public transport to reach the property

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
