Monthly Rentals in Grenadier Pond

We had a great 4 months in Toronto, and Mariam and Ali's accommodation had a lot to do with it. The basement is particularly well equipped (kitchen utensils, household appliances, household accessories, television, etc.), very clean, the beds are very comfortable (both the bed and the convertible sofa) and the private access via a specific door makes particularly easy cohabitation. Being in the basement poses no problem, the accommodation remains bright (there are three openings/windows) and everything is designed to manage ventilation and humidity. The accommodation itself is located in a very quiet and beautiful area, perfect for a Canadian experience if you are not from the area. As students at the University of Toronto, it took us around forty minutes to reach the campus, the transport network (bus + metro) is very accessible given that the bus stops 20 meters from

Rick's place was the perfect place to stay in Toronto to relax after running the marathon this weekend. It had all the things we needed and I especially appreciated how accommodating he was when we needed to check in a bit earlier. The place is beautifully situated right near high park so it was very close to the city but still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. I highly recommend anyone to come stay here if you're looking for a quiet and clean place and still want to be close to all the action! Thanks Rick for your hospitality!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this apartment! The location is fantastic — it's in a lovely neighborhood surrounded by great restaurants, cozy cafes, and plenty of shops, making it super convenient and enjoyable to explore the area. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What made the experience even better was the host — incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. It really felt like a home! I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I’d love to stay here again in the future!
