The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Located on the outskirts of town and already in the midst of beautiful nature, we cordially invite you to a relaxing vacation in our Ferien-Nest-Plus! Well-being, relaxing, slowing down, chilling, hiking, fishing, everything is possible here. The reservoir is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Around the lake you can experience untouched nature. Greiz and Elsterberg, with all shopping options, are a 10-minute drive away. The distance to Plauen and Reichenbach is 20 minutes by car.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and was completely renovated in 2020. With a size of 75 m², it offers five people enough space to spend their vacations in a pleasant atmosphere. Extra beds and the use of a large garden plot nearby (15-minute walk) are possible on request. Free parking is available in front of the house or directly opposite. Shopping, such as a butcher and a Netto market with a bakery branch, are within 2 – 5 minutes' walking distance.

Our furnished apartment, renovated in 2025, offers underfloor heating, a modern bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Balcony and terrace with barbecue facilities are available. The city center is only a 3-minute walk away. The Göltzschtal Bridge and hiking and cycling trails invite you to relax. Enjoy relaxing days in idyllic surroundings.

Adventure?! Log cabin in tiny house style for a cozy getaway in Vogtland. The cabin has a small bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and sink. The sleeping area for two people can be reached via a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the property. There is another cabin on the property that also occasionally accommodates guests.

Netzschkau is a small town with approx. 3000 inhabitants in the picturesque Vogtland between Plauen, Zwickau and the Thuringian Greiz. Plauen city center is a 10-15 minute walk away. We offer a fully furnished apartment that is perfect for short trips or long stays. Families are also always welcome with us.
