We came up for a wedding and could only stay one night... I would love to come back and stay longer and explore the surrounding area and it's natural beauty. The house was spotless and relaxing and had everything you might need for your stay. Highly recommend!!

Went with two other families to ski at Mount Abram. This is a great spot. Perfectly situated to start at the west side lift. Fun space. Great open space for families to hang out and fun basement area for kids.

Love houses like this-- charming and homey, but clean and updated with all mod cons. Beautiful base for our NW Maine wanderings. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Renee's over memorial day weekend with our two dogs. Although the weather was unreasonable cold and dreary, we still very much enjoyed our trip. Renee's home was spacious and incredibly well stocked with household items. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the instructions were very thorough and easy to understand. We were able to find walking trails near by that were dog friendly and beautiful. As well as walking them just around the local roads. We had one small issue of needing to re-light the pilot light for the gas fireplace in the living room as it had been turned off for the season. We reached out and Renee responded promptly with directions on how to do it and we called and she walked us through getting it on. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again next time we were in the area!

We stayed here a few times now and is a Great place to stay… awesome place for family vacation and definitely for short work trips. Close to everything and will recommend to anyone for sure. The owners are great people! Thank you everything!!

Jon’s cabin is a beautiful place to get away from it all. Very comfortable and well designed. We had everything we needed to cook and hole up for a few days. If you decide to drive to the lake, I would recommend 4WD. We had a truck but were not aware of how soft the ground was and ended up needing to be towed out. Still highly recommend! Enjoy your stay!

We loved staying here! It was close to the things we wanted to do. It felt good to come “home” and chill out in the quiet and comfort. We would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation was cozy, spacious and clean. Parking is conveniently located next to the apartment. Communication with Gabe was prompt and helpful. I would stay here again!

Thoughtfully designed and appointed place - has all the things you need and Marcia makes it very easy to get in and check out. Easy to get to Lewiston, Brunswick, Portland and everywhere in between!

Right off the bat, Jason was incredibly flexible and accommodating. Kurt was very responsive and made us feel at home. Both always warm and friendly. This gorgeous carriage house is completely stocked with everything you need. From your cooking pans and condiments, to linens and toiletries. Sitting on the back deck and taking in the beautiful views was our favorite part. We are very grateful to both Jason and Kurt for sharing their wonderful carriage house with our family. We can’t wait to come back!

We slept like babies for two nights. The room was very dark and the bed was so comfortable. The shower was awesome and it was spacious and comfortable. We were hoping for the beautiful views but Mother Nature had other plans - rain and fog. Their property is stunning. Sue and Arthur were great hosts. We’ll be back.

My first visit to NH & fell in love with the weather. Cute little upstairs home & perfect location which we didn’t have to travel far for Berlin’s HS graduation. Weather was awesome, we used ceiling fans & had doors open while watching a movie in comfortable living room, washer/dryer was convenient. Thanks so much!

We really enjoyed Suzanne’s charming apartment. It had everything that we needed and a lovely porch off the kitchen overlooking the river. Great coffee shop next door! Nonna’s Italian restaurant and Big Day brewery are excellent. There is a cool art shop across the street from Nonna’s

I had a great stay at Michael's apartment/condo. The unit was extremely clean, and the kitchen is very well-stocked. It has more than everything you'd need to cook for yourself. And, the view is pretty fantastic, too--it looks right across the valley to Sunday River and up towards Old Speck and the Grafton Notch area. I'd not hesitate to stay again.

Was a nice peaceful stay for the most part. The pools were nice to swim in although it seems not everyone seemed to want to follow the pool rules. Doesn't help that there were no lifeguards to ensure kids remained safe other than the parents. A few times I saw individuals in the pool water with either glass or an open drink in hand. Saw kids diving into the pool and even witnessed a few hurt themself. But other than that, the hot tub was so lovely to soak in. The arcade room was fun to play in. It was cool to see there was a lot to be able to do in the area for yourself. Definitely wish there was more to do in the area other than the classic tourists spots. A lot of beautiful spots to hike. We ended up checking out Diana's Bath and it was a gorgeous spot to watch cascading waterfalls or have a tiny dip. Would definitely check out this space again and maybe spend a few more days to truly appreciate the environment and mountains ^-^

Great place to stay with an awesome view of white heat!

We had a great time! The place was very clean, nicely maintained, and in a perfect location—just a short drive to local coffee shops and great restaurants. The surrounding nature was absolutely beautiful and made the whole trip feel relaxing and refreshing. Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend this place if you’re in the Conway area or would like to explore all that this area has to offer. Very easy to get to and it’s in a perfect location with great views.

We are a family of four and we stayed for four nights. It was larger than we expected and we were all quite comfortable. We loved that we could ski, swim, and have dinner without getting into our car on an extremely frigid (-17 degree windchill) day! It was a fun atmosphere and we loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! We were up for a weekend to enjoy the snow and mountains and appreciated how close it was to everything we planned. We had a snow storm the second night and the grounds maintenance was perfect, we had no problem walking right out the door. We would recommend heading for a stay!

Great place to stay in Brunswick! Extremely walkable to the downtown restaurants and shops. Clean and bright space with spacious bedrooms (enough space to throw a pack-and-play in one of the bedrooms). Beds were comfortable and living room/kitchen good for socializing! Bonus — you can also access the Androscoggin River path for a nearby dose of nature and water. This is the second location of Spencer’s we’ve stayed in (the other about two years ago) and both stays were awesome. Highly recommend for a trip to Brunswick!

Will was a great host before and during our stay. He communicated well with me ahead of time with simple and easy to follow directions to (and instructions for) his place. Will’s condo was perfect for our family of four (children aged 9 and 3). We came up for Spring skiing and enjoyed the annual end of season Pond Skim and festivities in South Ridge which was easy walking/skiing distance from his place. It was great to be able to ski home for lunch and to have a break in the middle of the day. The grounds at Fall Line were awesome as well: our kids loved the common room, games, the pool, and the snow out the back door where they played on a sled. Very comfortable, clean and perfect spot for our first, but not last, visit to Sunday River. Thanks Will.
