One of a kind Lakefront home near Sunday river

Amazing large lakefront home right on the water near Sunday river ski resort. Sleeps upwards of 25 people. There is a small surcharge per person for groups larger than 20. At certain times of year we rent to smaller than average groups at an other than listed price. Great for family reunions, weddings etc. Largest yard on the lake! And our hot tub is very invigorating after a day of skiing or hiking! Hot tub is charged separately. NOTE: From late June to late August we only rent by the week.

A sweet space on a pond, this cottage is perfect for those looking for a quiet getaway. We offer swimming, kayaks and a canoe, life jackets along with a raft to float on. Endless fun in the water, with no motors to be heard. This is a quiet spot and we would hate to be responsible for ruining that. We are family friendly and kids are welcome, but please leave the party at the casino (5 minutes away)! The waterfront is sandy and shallow, perfect for young ones to splash around in.

Abram main lodge, and 6 miles from Bethel and Sunday river. 3 private bedrooms sleep 6, with one full bath on the first floor and a small half bath on the 2nd floor. Large living room, large kitchen with dining area, deck has outdoor dining area with gas grill and there is a full laundry room. Access to 80 acres (for walking and biking, but no motorized off-road vehicles are allowed) and approved dogs are welcome!
