Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Greenpoint, Brooklyn

The place is in a nice neighborhood. LIRR station of about a 10 minute walk (15 with a 6 year old). The house was exactly as described. There was an issue with the dryer while I was there but the host went lot of his way to get our laundry done for the week we were there. 10/10 will definitely check if Gregory’s place is available next time in in NYC.

This was such a nice stay. It was a great stay because the space was more than enough to accommodate my wife and I along with our daughter, as well as my mother in law and sister in law. It was close to grocery shopping so we were able to cook for ourselves. Plus the train to take us to New York wa literally a half block away! This is where we:lol stay ANYTIME we come to the NYC area.

Mark is a great host. Very responsive and proactive in checking in to see how things are going and if there’s anything you need. The space is very cool—historic and decorated accordingly. Although an older house, kept very clean and in working order which is more than I can say for a lot of the more moderns places nowadays where we’ve stayed. The location is a bit tucked away affording you some nice privacy. Would definitely recommend and great for families as well.

If I could rate this place 10/5 stars I would! Me and my group absolutely LOVED our stay here. Starting with George, he was extremely nice and responsive with any and all questions that we had, he honestly couldn’t have asked for a better host. Then the home its self exceeded our expectations (especially the roof top). The home was clean, cozy, well put together, and located on a street where all the neighbors were extremely nice and welcoming! Now tips for future renters; this home is located near the C train and the J train. In addition, if you are hungry, Tio’s off of Fulton (near the J train) is the place to go! All food is amazing and well priced. Once again; this was an amazing stay and made this New York trip amazing; I would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting New York! Cody was super punctual and professional throughout the entire process. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and in a great location with restaurants, grocery stores, and a bus stop just steps away. I’ll definitely be staying here again whenever I’m in town.

Of the 15 or so Airbnbs I've stayed at, one of the very best. Truly delightful 1BR, 2nd floor apt, beautifully appointed, so well thought out. Great bathroom and very cool kitchen with Keurig coffeemaker (I went to nearby ShopRite and bought my own favorite coffee pod flavors). I loved that their cleaning person does all the dishes, you don't have to. Very spacious bedroom with extra comfy bed, an end-of-bed bench, couch, office workspace, in-window A/C unit and space heater. One of my favorite parts is that there wasn't just a TV in the living room, but in the bedroom, wall-mounted with swing arm. Since I usually watch TV in bed at home I felt RIGHT at home — and, actually, didn't use the living room at all (although for winter it has great wall-mounted, simulated fireplace). And, to top it off, Eulis was just THE BEST host! Very communicative. This will be my "go-to" for all my future annual NY trips! (Note: let her know in advance if you don't want scented plug-ins.)

We had a wonderful stay! From start to finish, everything was seamless. Alicia was incredibly responsive and friendly. She lives downstairs, but you’d never know unless you happen to run into her and if you do, she’s a total gem. Talking with her feels like reconnecting with an old friend. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and exactly as described. There was plenty of room to relax, and the home was thoughtfully stocked, including toiletries in the bathrooms, which was a great touch. The backyard was a highlight. It was perfect for gathering with family and friends. It’s a great space to unwind and spend quality time outdoors. A fun bonus: Alicia let us try her new Ninja grill, which was awesome! We had so much fun using it that now my family wants one too. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate to come back. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

These are very nice places and there are many great Portuguese restaurants in the area. I picked this property because it was close to where I was working this week and because it had dedicated parking. The building complex looks new and the apartment was clean and comfortable. I'm hoping to stay here again next time I have work in the area.

I really enjoyed the unit. The building was very peaceful. I love the parking spot out back very accessible to getting to New York and through the tunnel. Grocery store was right around the corner. Everything was clean and well maintained very spacious. Mabel was extremely communicative. She’s such a grace host. Me and my family really enjoyed. The unit would definitely rent it again. My partner and I enjoyed a pleasant stay in New Jersey while attending the Cowboy Carter concert at MetLife Stadium. The home is conveniently located just a short drive from MetLife Stadium, the American Dream Mall, and NJ Transit, which provides easy access to New York City.

We felt very comfortable in Cecia's apartment. The apartment was very clean and as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Communication was quick and friendly and we got a lot of valuable tips from her and her husband. From JFK Airport it was about 2 hours by public transport to the apartment. To get to Manhattan, there are several bus lines, the stops are 2 to 10 minutes away. Near the apartment, there are also many restaurants and bakeries, as well as supermarkets. Thanks for the wonderful stay. :-)

Place was wonderful, it’s up on the 3rd floor so pack light as it a tight space to get up too. The views are amazing, very clean and nice place and Valerie is super responsive and accommodating!!!

The apartment was very clean and practically brand new. The apartment is nicely appointed, very comfortable and lacks for nothing. The location is great with very easy access to the city via public transportation: light rail metro to PATH to MTA takes ~30 minutes to World Trade Center. The view of the city is fantastic day and night. There is a tasty breakfast and lunch place with nice portions right outside the first floor entrance making your daily departure too convenient. Enjoy a 20-minute walk to Liberty State Park to see Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. Largest planetarium in the western hemisphere right across the street. One could spend hours merely watching all the activity in the Upper Bay from your perch high up in New Jersey. This apartment is a great way to unlock NYC without the downsides of being right in the city, and the views of the city from the apartment are unrivaled for the price. The property owner is super responsive and very helpful.
