Vacation rentals with breakfast in Greene County

My family of five had a wonderful stay at Emily’s charming, comfortable and spacious farmhouse surrounded by meadows and natural beauty. The sunroom was the perfect spot for meals and simply relaxing to take in the views of the field with horses. We all enjoyed the pool and small deck that overlooks the meadows. We found the stunning waterfalls and refreshing swimming holes to be among the area’s top attractions with plenty of dining options . One small surprise was the number of restaurants and shops that were closed or had limited weekday hours in the Catskills; however, there are plenty of great options if folks are exploring beyond the neighboring towns. Kaaterskill Falls is spectacular and a short trip. Emily's place was the perfect summer retreat and alternative to our usual vacations on the coast.

Bruce is a spectacular host with a lovely and spacious residence. The host is friendly, attentive, has great communication, and made us feel right at home. The house is private and surrounded by beautiful woods, but is also close to shopping and a few delicious restaurants we were happy to try. A+ and 5 Stars in every category.

This is a beautifully appointed house with plenty of room, very comfortable furniture, well-equipped kitchen, and loads of charm. The grounds are lovely, and the pool is good-sized. Oreste was very responsive to our various requests and issues (none of them serious). Overall, a very positive experience, highly recommended.

Kerri's 3 houses we rented for my daughters wedding and they were all spotless and beautiful. So much character inside and out that everyone had their space to relax and also hang out together. Beds was very comfortable and bathrooms were all updated and new. We loved being so close to the venue and Kerri was so accommodating to all of us staying there. Cannot recommend enough!!!

We enjoyed the weekend! So many delicious treats to great us, perfect location walking distance to restaurants and shops. Comfy sitting areas, big table for cards, games and meals.

Kim was very proactive sending instructions prior to the trip. The house itself had a marvelous charm with lots of vintage goodies. I appreciated all the items Kim had stocked in her kitchen to make up for some things I had not thought of to pack. The private property was great including many little surprises to may the stay even more enjoyable.

Really enjoyed my stay. Great amount of space, rooms were large with lots of storage. Cute kitchen with all the necessities. Close to shops and restaurants. Diane responded quickly with any questions we had and was super friendly.

The perfect cozy accommodation for me and my friends. Ellen was an amazing host - she offered great recommendations and was extremely responsive and helpful. Her home is absolutely stunning as well!

The place is very uniquely designed and very cute. We stayed over memorial Day weekend and particularly loved the bathtub and the large fireplace by the bed. It was very relaxing after the hikes, especially since you can set up wine and snacks for your bath time. We took advantage of the industrial stove instead of BBQ ing outside because the weather was not great during our stay. The stove was a game changer to cook our steak perfectly. The place was very thoughtfully designed, I enjoyed sitting in the swing chairs, too. Daniel was very responsive and flexible with our check in as well which we appreciated. We recommend his place to everyone!

A nice, little apartment that’s walking distance to lots of great restaurants, shops and other places of interest in Hudson. Perfect for a long weekend exploring the town. An unexpected, but extra nice touch: they provided cereal, coffee, tea, etc. for breakfast. Thanks to Bryan and family for hosting us!

The Stewart House is a super stylish location. The decor is wonderful, and there are so many thoughtful touches that they provide. The historic nature of the house makes it a special place to stay as well. The River Grill right across the street is connected to the hotel. It has a wonderful vibe, over looks the river, and we thoroughly enjoyed the live music on Friday evening. Definitely make a point of stopping by the River Grill during your stay!

We booked a last minute getaway and this was IDEAL. Sean and Kelly’s beautifully restored home is cozy and so immaculately beautiful. The downstairs common areas are perfect for curling up by the fire with a book and a cup of tea/glass of wine. The bedroom was spotless, super comfortable bed, sparkling clean bathroom and awesome jacuzzi style bathtub. The hosts are extremely friendly and amazing people. They made us feel right at home and welcome, we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with them about local history, wildlife, and their story. Can’t wait to come back here again!

I stayed at Breezy Hill for two nights because I was in town for a wedding. Michelle and her staff were very kind and helpful! They offered rides, showed me around the place and served wonderful breakfasts perfectly on time. I recommend it highly!

Heidi goes above and beyond for her guests. Her home is warm and welcoming making you feel right at home. The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch. we had the pleasure of meeting Heidi and it was such a pleasure getting to know her. She also gives great recommendations on where to go around town. We will definitely be coming back for another stay. Thank you Heidi, Randy, and of course their pup Satchmo for a wonderful stay. We are grateful you open your home to us all.

Fantastic stay! Jill is truly the best host we’ve ever had in all our Airbnb experiences. She made us feel so welcome, and we truly appreciated her hospitality. The place was perfect, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend this place to others!

I can’t say enough kind things about my stay here. I immediately felt such a warm welcome, the space was gorgeous and charming. My room had stunning light that came through the stained glass window every morning to greet me. The breakfast was lovely and substantial. The local recommendations were all great (especially the dinner I had at the local spot on Main Street). It’s exactly the kind of hospitality and vibe you’d hope to get from a classic BnB. It rained one day I was there and I was equally as happy to stay in working on art, eating dinner by the fire. Can’t wait to return!

It doesn't get better than this! I felt like I had been transported in time --to my grandmother's house and the old Catskills resorts simultaneously. A warm fire in the wood stove greeted us, and was one example of many which made our stay so comfortable and welcoming. This will stand out as my family's favorite place to stay.

Tina’s place was charming and peaceful. If you’re looking for a spot to relax and enjoy a quiet getaway this is the place. We could have spent days perusing the library of books available in this lovely loft. Tina was gracious and accommodating during our visit and we will definitely return again soon.
