Vacation rentals with beach access in Greene County

Robin and Stan were terrific hosts, they were very proactive with communication and super accommodating during our entire stay. The house was absolutely lovely and so easy to get to from the main part of town. Robin also has the cutest store located just down the street that is a must visit! Overall 10/10 stay!

Teneya’s place was clean, beautifully decorated, and cozy. Walking distance to the village of Catskill and a short drive from Kaaterskill Falls, which was the highlight of our trip! Teneya was quick to respond to our requests and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Ian’s place was magical. So quiet, cozy, clean and a great place to enjoy nature and surrounding country side. Close enough to town, restaurants and other destinations but still far enough to enjoy the countryside side. Ian was friendly, responsive and answered all our questions. He left clear instructions by the entrance and was easy to reach. We even got to meet him in person before we left. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to explore the Catskills and looking for a weekend getaway.

We had a wonderful stay, the location is perfect for skiing at Belleayre and accessing restaurants as well as other activities. The space is very clean and perfectly appointed. Charlie was always proactive at communicating and available if anything arose. 4-Wheel drive is necessary in the winter - snow removal was always very prompt. We had a great stay and would absolutely go back.

We had a wonderful stay this weekend at Tenaya’s home! This is my 2nd time renting one of her properties. This home is in a fantastic location. We were able to walk to the Main Street both nights. We had a lovely time at Avalon Lounge, Hemlock and Chemistry Wine Bar. This rental is clean, cozy and comfortable. Tenaya is responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the rental process. Definitely recommend!

Lovely place, did what it said on the tin! Walkable to the main parts of Hudson. Very comfortable. Beautifully equipped.

The lakehouse looks exactly like the photos - stylish and cozy. The house looks small from the outside, but we were amazed by how well it fit our family of seven adults and two toddlers. The instructions/guide to the house was clearly written and super helpful, and Vincent was very easy to communicate with, usually responding right away. We were grateful for all the amenities the house comes with. In addition to enjoying the house itself and the gorgeous deck, we also made smores one night in the fire pit and went kayaking with the little ones. The owner provides guests with bracelets that give access to the community amenities as well. The community pool, playground, and little beach were all beautiful and very well maintained. Our little ones especially loved this weekend!

This was our second stay in Richard's home (we accidentally missed the review period for the first stay but that also would have been 5 stars!). We enjoyed our second stay just as much. The home itself is cozy, clean, well laid out, and well stocked. We were especially appreciative of the generously-sized television for movie nights, the fireplace which enhanced the cozy vibes, and the shower (the shower head is so awesome I bought one for home, and the hot water is plentiful)!! The outside of Richard's home is just as enjoyable as the inside - the patio is well equipped with furniture and a grill and the lawn is perfect for soaking up the sun and bird watching. Richard's home is a short drive from Tannersville and Hunter, which are both lovely towns each with some tasty food options worth exploring. And it's not too far from Phoenicia either (great food!!). Lastly, Richard's home is super close to North-South Lake Campground which boasts some incredible views and hikes.

This is such a cozy spot in the Catskills! Very accommodating and generous hosts. Appreciated all the blankets, the treats, and the pretty natural light. The living room is especially lovely to spend time in during the winter months with the big couch and easy to use wood stove. Very comfortable beds and kitchen with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Jenna was an outstanding host and beyond friendly! I definitely recommend her place i look going back there in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at your beautiful home. Everything was perfect! As soon as we opened the front door, we were welcomed by the comfortable setting and design of your home. Thoughtful details were everywhere and we felt spoiled by your hospitality. A special thank you for leaving the snack basket and pickleball sets :)

Host: Scott was lovey since our first correspondence. He provided me with detailed instructions on how to enter the house and later provided many restaurant recommendations in the area. He was responsive to any questions and went above and beyond. He was so nice we were hoping to meet him, but unfortunately, never had the opportunity. The home: First of all, it’s literally new. Everything. It’s impeccably clean and supplied with high end equipment. Furthermore, he forgot NOTHING, as the house is furnished with any and all things you could possibly need. The bed was super comfy and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, as well as plenty of plush towels! Also, beautifully decorated. Just my style- I did not want to leave. The property: The house has a large fenced in yard, a gorgeous and enormous flowering tree, a fire pit with multiple chairs and a brand new grill! The comfortable screened in porch was great for coffee and wine/beer in the rain! This house is a true FIVE.

Rosane and Daniel were great hosts and super communicative! The house was really clean, the beds were super comfy and the game room was so fun! The massage chair was the best part of the house! Thank you for hosting us :)
