Jump in the sea in front of the house or relax on our sun terrace on the beach. It is located 1,5 km of pleasant walk along the coast to Primosten center. It has 40 m2 with one bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchen, dining area and a beautiful terrace.

A tranquil seascape is presented with a sailboat anchored in calm waters. Lush greenery lines the shore, while distant hills outline the horizon. The sky is clear, with soft clouds drifting above, creating a serene atmosphere that highlights the natural beauty of the coastal landscape.

This is a newly constructed house on the beach with a beautiful view. The house is made of two apartments but they are separated and you have complete privacy. It's ideal for a family summer vacation in a quiet area but bars and restaurants are easily accessible by foot. You can access the beach straight from our garden and you can enjoy in the shade or if you prefer laying in the sun there is another beach 2 minutes walk from the house. We also provide free parking spot.
