Apartment Elena is located in the very center of the old town of beautiful Rogoznica, a few steps walk down the stone street from the church and the sunny riviera. All the important amenities, from restaurants, coffee bars, shops, markets and beautiful beaches, are no more than 600 meters away from the property. The accommodation itself has a beautiful view. This is a newly constructed house on the beach with a beautiful view. The house is made of two apartments but they are separated and you have complete privacy. It's ideal for a family summer vacation in a quiet area but bars and restaurants are easily accessible by foot. You can access the beach straight from our garden and you can enjoy in the shade or if you prefer laying in the sun there is another beach 2 minutes walk from the house. We also provide free parking spot.

This unique and central apartment is situated in an old family stone house built in the year 1905, completely renovated in 2018. The house is ideally located between the old city center with UNESCO protected Diocletian's palace and the most famous beach in the city - Bačvice beach, so you can reach each of these attractions in 5 minutes by foot. You won't need to use a car while staying with us. Please note there are stairs inside and in front of the apartment.
