A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! The two double bedrooms have built-in wardrobes on the ground floor and stairs to a mezzanine suitable for children with a tv and bean bags. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washer, drier, fridge freezer and all crockery and cutlery. The ground floor bathroom has bath (with shower), sink & WC. Family run, cherished lodge available for rent in Romney Sands. The lodge is probably on the best location on site and is located on the edge of the lake with amazing views and filled with carp, for those who love to fish. The lodge sleeps six; there's a master bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite with a toilet and shower. There is also a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge that comfortably sleeps two people. Dogs are welcome, maximum of two or message to ask.

Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
