The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, closet space, decorated with touches of care & is right next to the bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, FL touch vibes & is steps away from the bathroom. The sofa is memory foam and opens up to California King. Outdoor space and off street parking for two vehicles.
