The Clearfield Cottage is nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains on five acres of pristine countryside with flower and vegetable gardens, and private hiking trails right down to your own little waterfalls! The views of the mountains are spectacular! Available locally is good dining, fun tailgate markets and farm tours, and even an excellent local vineyard. The cottage is located only 30 minutes from Asheville with its world-class restaurants, entertainment and the famous Biltmore Estate.

Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & single burner hot plate.

Looking for an affordable mountain getaway to do a little fishing, relaxing, or just need a break from your hectic everyday life?  Want something comfortable and unique!?  This creek side Cottage is an open loft 2 bedroom home on the creek with a 3 person hammock,hot tub, firepit and charcoal parkside grill. It was built in the early 60's and has had a big transformation! While keeping its unique charm. I love saving and restoring older places and this was a fun project!
