Vacation rentals with beach access in Great Smoky Mountains

Our second stay at Debi's beautiful b&b was great! We're grateful for her and her space, sharing the nature and peace with us. Can't wait to return for a third time :)

Our family of four had an incredible stay at this cozy Airbnb! The views of the snow-covered mountains were absolutely stunning and made for a perfect backdrop throughout our stay. Our family had plenty of space to relax and unwind. The kids loved the Murphy bed! We especially loved gathering around the fireplace, with plenty of wood provided to keep us warm and toasty. Everything was just perfect, and we’d definitely love to stay again in the future!

If you're looking for a condo in the Sapphire Valley Resort don't hesitate to book Heather's place! It was fully stocked with everything we needed and honestly the cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed at!!! It was a super easy check in/out process, the decor was super charming, beds were so comfy, and Heather had really high quality shower/kitchen supplies. We were pleasantly surprised with all the extra touches! In addition to this we also really enjoyed the pool, lake, playground, and arcade. It was the perfect family getaway!

I have always been hesitant about Airbnb due to a bad experiences in the past but this experience was really good and I would rent this place again. Very clean and nice. I kept waiting to see a bear but it didn’t happen. Not a bad thing. Did see a deer by the car and it was very friendly. Great backyard view and peaceful. A very nice place to rent and the area is great

The home was easy to find and looked like the photos. Mary had the home well organized and equipped. The place was neat and clean. It had all the comforts of home plus more. Mary was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. The home was close to numerous stores and restaurants. We would not hesitate to return to this location, or have an issue to recommend it to family and friends.

A gorgeous little home right smack in the middle of the smokies and Asheville! The best of both worlds with a bit of travel! We deeply appreciated the intentional care this home has been shown, fantastic bedding and seating situations, fantastic games, accessories and shower! We will return to this little slice of heaven! We had a wonderful stay at this cozy lake-view home! The view was absolutely stunning. The house was well-equipped and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. It was peaceful and felt like the perfect getaway from the city. The hosts were responsive and provided clear instructions, which made check-in and check-out super easy. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like board games and extra blankets. As far as the cleanliness we did notice a couple of issues, and it definitely didn’t take away from our overall experience. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature. We will be coming back next year!!

Our stay in Brevard was absolutely amazing and the accommodations were truly incredible. Dominic and Katy were perfect hosts and very responsive when I had a question. The place was immaculate, beds were very comfortable, pillows were great, and linens and towels were pristine and crisp! The house was equipped with everything you could need. The community is beautiful with great amenities, lakes, and hiking trails which we took advantage of for sure!! We ventured into beautiful downtown Brevard and the Pisgah National Forest exploring the many waterfalls This will be my go to house when I take my next trip to Brevard!! Thank you Dominic and Katy for sharing your beautiful home and being amazing hosts!! Until the next time!!!

The loveliest part of our stay was sitting out in the early mornings on the screened in covered deck with the fireplace ablaze, coffee in hand and relaxing with a cool breeze whispering through the trees. This is a place of comfy cozy…….stress has no place here, it’s peaceful and pleasing. My friends were so very pleased with this home ….thank you Dorothy for sharing your lovely home.

The cottage sits above the lake in a mountain setting. Quite charming. The neighborhood is in a gated community and was super quiet. If you are visiting during the summer, we highly recommend using the lake-access docks for swimming and simply enjoying the beauty of the lake. It's a 2 minute drive to the bottom of the hill! What a peaceful place to hangout. The cottage is conveniently located between Cashiers and Highlands, so take advantage and visit both. We appreciated that there were no additional fees for our dog. He loved swimming in the lake. The bedrooms and bathroom are located on the second floor, so be aware if steps are an issue for you. Otherwise, it's a open and airy place to stay.

Great place clean and comfortable. Had a small problem with the water which was not their fault it was a busted pipe was fixed the night we got there. Josh was very nice and on top of it. Would stay there anytime again.

Not the owners fault, but be aware that if you type the address into maps there are 2 of the same address and one of them will take you 30 minutes away from the correct location. So make sure to read carefully the description that the owner gives you about the location and make sure it matches your map. Other than that great location and great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Kim's place. It was very convenient to our son's wedding venue on Lake Fairfield. The area is so beautiful and Kim's place was very clean, well appointed and updated. It was easy to find and easy to access per the directions. Kim was always responsive to any questions I had and the clear communication was appreciated. We would definitely book again.

We had a really quick stay as we were coming from a full day exploring Smoky Mountain National Park. We found the place great for an overnight stay. Very clean and comfortable. There was a nice restaurant (Peaceful Side) within walking distance with great outdoor space to hang out, eat and enjoy the views, and let the kids play.
