We felt right at home in this charming little house. The decor was relaxing and the location was a 10! We took a morning run/walk everyday at Sugarhouse Park just down the block. Every amenity is within walking distance. The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Becca & Rock provide everything you could need and more and are very helpful. Highly recommend this sweet little sugarhouse.

⸻ This was my third time using Airbnb, and I was a bit weary because my first two experiences were extremely disappointing. But this place was fantastic—exactly as described and perfect for us! The house was impeccable—clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The location was great, and Leo was a wonderful host: very responsive and helpful. When the ceiling fan didn’t work, he quickly brought over a portable AC unit and an extra fan to make sure we were comfortable. We really appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again.

this place was exactly what we needed. step outside into the amazing sauna or take a nap on a great bed. would recommend to anyone and will stay again when back in SLC.

Jeremy is a great host who communicates well, gave recommendations nearby, and kept his home very clean. His home is beautiful and close to so much, it was a nice area. If and when I return to Utah I will definitely be staying there again! 😊

This little home is just perfect. It was perfectly clean with everything we needed. It is a wonderful older home in the Prairie style, with built in fireplace, bookcases and cupboards everywhere. Lots of closets, and plenty of room for two people. The cute little kitchen is fully appointed with everything including a toaster (which most air bnb's don't have we've discovered.) The neighborhood is very quiet and even though it is a duplex, we never heard our neighbors. Very small driveway so we could park off the street. Just minutes from the Eccles Art Center, at which we attended an event. We will definitely stay here again.

I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful and peaceful Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the breathtaking mountain views that surrounded the property—it truly felt like a secluded slice of paradise. Every morning I woke up to the sound of nature and a view that looked like it was straight out of a postcard. The home was tastefully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It’s clear that the hosts put a lot of care into every detail. Speaking of the hosts—they were absolutely wonderful. Kind, welcoming, and always available if I needed anything, but also gave me plenty of space to enjoy the serenity of the location. Their warmth and hospitality made the experience even more special. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in the mountains, surrounded by beauty and hosted by genuinely kind people, I can’t recommend this place enough.

Megan’s place was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. House very clean, comfortable beds with nice sheets. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was alot of fun! We would stay again!

Excellent stay, close to the park and quiet peaceful neighborhood. Older house that is update and decked out with amenities. We enjoyed the backyard landscaping, pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much

We loved staying at Stans place! It exceeded our expectations and the pool was absolutely beautiful and so refreshing on a hot day! Stan made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend getaway!

The Canyons Village is lovely. Parking was super duper easy. We loved the heated, outdoor pool and hot tub. The game room was fun too. The condo was very clean and nice. There was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom which was a bit off putting. And the curtains were not light-darkening which was not conducive to sleeping in later. We loved the robe and nice towels (& towel warmer.) We also loved the dedication to being eco friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

We used this house as a base for a 3-day family get-together with our four grown children and several young grandchildren. The 3-level house design (with a rather narrow stairway from ground to 2nd floor) was a fun layout for a short stay. There were 5 bedrooms, which fit our needs nicely, and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area worked well for meals -- it's nicely furnished. There are a couple of close-by running trails, which the runners in the group appreciated (note that the elevation, over 6500', would be challenging if you're not used to running in the mountains). The only real negatives involve the strict HOA rules, not Ashlee's hosting -- she was great to work with, and up front about the rules. With only three parking spaces, we carpooled there, so that worked, and with some young children in the group, we didn't need to do any late-night partying. The grandchildren loved it, and our kids agreed it was a cool place. Mission accomplished!

My stay was great! Anthony was very quick to answer my questions that the location was perfect for my concert at the complex, it was nice to not have to walk very far or wait for a ride! It was very clean and in a great location to walk to local businesses!

Great stay! I brought my dog and she loved the yard to play with Winston and Sally. Great apartment unit. 10/10 would recommend the place.

Challis was absolutely great! She made sure we felt right at home. She was super attentive if anything came up and was super sweet about everything! Great host i will definitely book again when I visit Utah!

This a perfect townhouse. It’s close to anything in Layton that you need. It’s a very warm and welcoming space. The furniture was comfortable to relax with our family at night. Great sized dining space. Use of the garage was wonderful traveling with my parents. You could tell that this home is in a safe and friendly family oriented neighborhood. Very inviting. Sleeping spaces are great! Highly recommend this place! I would rent again for sure and my whole family agreed!

Sarah's barn was amazing! Its a perfect loft room with lots of activities for the whole family. The farm and the farm animals were amazing and they all come running up to the fence when you arrive. We have a 12 year old girl and 10 year old boy and we paid extra to bottle feed and groom/interact with the animals and it was amazing!! Sarah is very knowledgeable and makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable being with the animals. We will definately be back to stay here again for longer!

Our stay was very comfortable and convenient. It was great to be able to have 2 bathrooms. It was a quiet and peaceful, not to mention easy to get in and out of the apartment. I highly recommend staying here for anyone who needs a little extra room and privacy.
