It’s only 25 minutes from downtown Salt Lake. It’s just a great location for work or play. Come and relax in this brand new basement apartment. Amazing lights and high ceilings will make you forget you are in a basement. Enjoy a full kitchen and comfortable furniture. We do live upstairs and we do have an active family but we do our best to never interfere with your goings on. Yes, there might be some piano practice and some running around of normal life above you, but we do work hard to live by all the quiet hours and rules we ask our guests to live by. Two blocks from Golden Spike Sports Arena and Fairgrounds. Close to Hill Air Force Base. Nice backyard with fire pit, fountain, wishing well, large acre lot with lots of trees and flower gardens. One mile from I-15, close to shopping and dining. Quiet neighborhood. Bright and spacious, newly furnished.
