Condo vacation rentals in Graz

What more can I say about Elfriede (Elfi) and her husband? The most cheerful, friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts we could have possibly asked for. Even though we were only staying a single night for a wedding they went out of their way to make us comfortable, and even gave us a ride back to the station (with a local sightseeing tour!) afterwards. Their house is absolutely gorgeous and full of character. We definitely regret not staying longer! Highly recommended.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend von Graz. Es gibt eine Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Hof, man sollte eine Notiz mit Wohnungsnummer im Auto lassen. Bus und Tram sind nahebei - in Graz sicher die einfachste Möglichkeit sich zu bewegen. Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben.

Wir nutzten die Wohnung, weil wir unser zu Hause renovierten. Die neuwertige Wohnung war tipptopp und entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Die Wohnanlage liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und auch die Nachbarn waren kaum zu hören. Die Kommunikation mit Maxi und David war sehr einfach und immer angenehm.

Wir haben uns während vier Nächten im Apartment sehr wohlgefühlt. Es bietet alles, was man für einen Kurzbesuch benötigt. Die Lage nahe der Universität war für uns super, weil ruhig und dennoch gut angebunden ans Stadtzentrum. Die Kommunikation mit Gastgeber Markus war vor, während und nach dem Besuch ausgezeichnet. Wir würden bei einem erneuten Besuch in Graz jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare per due mesi nell’alloggio di Marvin ed Helmut e posso dire di essermi sentito davvero accolto come un vero ospite. Marvin è stato eccezionale: simpatico, cordiale e sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza. L’appartamento si trova in periferia, ma è ben collegato al centro città grazie al bus 39, che in circa 15 minuti porta comodamente in centro. Anche se inizialmente l’alloggio era un po’ essenziale per una permanenza lunga, Marvin ha fatto davvero di tutto per renderlo perfetto: ha fornito tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno e si è sempre dimostrato estremamente attento e disponibile. Anche i vicini sono stati gentili e accoglienti, contribuendo a creare un’atmosfera piacevole. Durante il soggiorno, ho avuto un piccolo problema con l’elettricità, risolto prontamente il giorno successivo. Inoltre, ogni mia richiesta, dalle lenzuola extra agli utensili da cucina, è stata prontamente soddisfatta. Soggiorno mega consigliato.

Es war sehr schön bei Anna. Ruhiges Haus und gute Lage. Anna war die ganze Zeit erreichbar und hat mir noch eine Lasagneform reingestellt. Ich komme gerne wieder, danke Anna!

Ich war nur 1 Nacht in der Wohnung aber ich werde sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wie in der Beschreibung ist die Wohnung sehr hell sauber und gemütlich. Check in ist unkompliziert rasch erfolgt. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin

Eine sehr schöne, einfache und gemütliche Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht, mit guter Basiseinrichtung inklusive Kaffeemaschine. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und Claudia immer sehr hilfsbereit. Meine Empfehlung!

Da wir recht spontan entschieden haben, nach Graz zu fahren, war es toll, wie kurzfristig wir buchen konnten. Außerdem hätten wir die Möglichkeit gehabt, etwas früher anzureisen und etwas später abzureisen. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Wirklich einzigartig war die Ausstattung mit Spielmaterialien, Schlaf-, Wasch- und Kindersicherheitsutensilien. Diese vielen Details erleichterten den Urlaub mit Kindern. Die Kommunikation funktionierte hervorragend und war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sowieso wunderbar.

Alles lief problemlos, von der freundlichen Kommunikation über Empfang und Check In/ Out. Sehr schön und gemütlich. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

A szálláshely azt nyújtja, amit a hirdetésben és a képeken ígér: nagyon kellemes, jó elrendezésű, tiszta és tökéletesen felszerelt, csendes környéken található lakást, aminek az értékét a nagy terasz is emeli. Közlekedési szempontból is szuper: buszmegálló gyalog 1 percre, a saját autó pedig biztonságos helyen parkolhat a bejárat mellett. Carina figyelmes és segítőkész házigazda, bármilyen kérdésre nyitott és gyorsan válaszol. Jó szívvel ajánlom az otthonát mindazoknak, akik belekóstolnának Graz forgatagába, de szeretnének estére egy nyugodt, kisvárosi környezetbe hazatérni.

Sehr schönes Apartment, auf der Terrasse schien die Sonne schön hin. Die Wohnung is in ruhiger Lage. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Una casa muy bonita. Esta ubicado en un lugar entre montañas y bosque muy relajado. El pueblo es muy pequeño y no hay tiendas cerca para comprar algo de alimentos (se nos olvido el aceite) pero la anfitriona nos dejo un poco de aceite para nuestra estancia. Muy agradable!

Very nice apartment, in a great area with many options (supermarket, restaurants) nearby. Super clean, well organized and exactly as described! Michael is a great host and very easy to communicate with, and very quick to reply to any concerns.

I had high expectations already based on the photos but the place went above and beyond. More beautiful even than the pics, a geeky paradise indeed. I had everything I needed for a few days' stay and Reinhard went the extra mile to accommodate my late check-in which I greatly appreciated. It was a joy coming home every night to such a beautiful place, and I would definitely return in the future. Thank you so much!!

The apartament was spacious, with good lighting in every room. The patio was amazing as well. The kitchen had everything you could wish for. We all felt right at home. When we had any questions, Rene was quick to respond, always friendly and helpful.

Viktor's place was great for a single person! It was clean, had a lovely patio and view of the surrounding areas. I stayed there between moving into student housing and the location was super close to Uni Graz campus! Also left some great recommendations, including a wondering Bratwurst place with one of the best meals I've ever had! Viktor met me for check in and helped me find my way when I got lost (due to sleep deprivation, not poor instructions). I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend!

Everything was just like on the photos. Very comfortable, clean and cozy place. Easy-going communication with the host. We recommend the accommodation 100%!

Ein freundlicher + schneller Kontakt zu Klaus, eine Wohnung, wie die Bilder es versprachen + eine Hochzeit in einer Stadt, die keine Wünsche offen lässt - wunderbar.

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Perfect location for Medical University of Graz (less than 200m). Very close to all public transports.

Simon is a shiatsu massage practitioner and Yanet a violin solist, teacher and singer. This information has not a direct relation with the house itself, apart from being very polite and friendly, offering even a late check out. They live in the apartment next door, so they can be reached anytime. The property offered consisted of a very large room (over 50 square meters) witch included a small but equiped kitchen, a large double bed and a small table with two armchairs. A little minimal, but OK. A sofa and a tv would be useful. Bathroom was also clean and OK. Simon must do something with the apartment's wooden floor, which makes annoying noise at every step. He must also use a closed cabinet for cleaning and other useful and useless staf and not hide them behind a curtain. The overall experience was nice, as the sun really flooded the apartment with light and the double glass windows blocked any noise coming from the street. Thak you Simon and Yanet!

Milena war immer gut zu erreich und hat zeitnah geantwortet. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet mit allem was es braucht. Die Innenstadt ist mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen. Komme gerne wieder.

Wir lieben diese Unterkunft! Dieses Jahr waren wir bereits zum zweiten Mal in Folge hier, tolle Wohnung, super Lage, die Dachterrasse ist einfach wunderschön und Markus super lieb, verlässlich und entgegenkommend. 13/10 Sternen!
