Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Grayan-et-l'Hôpital

Quietly located, at least for the period we booked in January. Very recent accommodation, well arranged, pleasant to stay in. Bright, well heated, we had a pleasant stay. Easy access and secure parking area. Access to shops within 3 km open despite the period. Surely an even more enjoyable accommodation in summer. Thanks to Antoine for letting us enjoy this well-designed home.

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Very good communication before our arrival. We arrived very late, our host had left a light so that we could find our way around without any problems. We only spent one night but it was perfect. Listing is as described, cozy, and tastefully decorated. We were able to enjoy the sunny terrace in the morning to have a coffee. We'll be happy to go back

Very pleasant stay with friends. The cottage is as described and as shown in the photos. The sofa bed is quite comfortable for a 3rd person and the outdoor space is a real plus. Located about a 20-minute walk to the train station and city center, pleasant walk as a pedestrian. The nearest beach is just a few minutes' walk away, with access to the beautiful terrace of Café Baine. Valerie was super responsive and very friendly. Thank you for everything 🙏

Louis-Antoine was a welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable host who gave us a thorough and thoughtful introduction to both the apartment and the city. His recommendations for things to do and places to eat and explore in Bordeaux were spot-on and much appreciated. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location—just steps from the beautiful Jardin Public, where we enjoyed several relaxing walks. It was clean, quiet, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home. We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Bordeaux.

Berthe Sandra's apartment is very cozy, tastefully furnished. Very clean, very comfortable bedding. You feel good there, also very quiet. Finally, Sandra's hosting was perfect and very caring. If we come back to the area we'll know where to put our suitcases. We highly recommend this listing.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and welcoming. The bed was large and comfortable with crisp but soft sheets. There was fresh water, condiments and all you needed to settle in for a short or long stay. I loved the location looking at the grand church across the road. The tram was only a few metres away. Lots of food shops, bars and cafes. In short, it was perfect for my one week stay. Thank you.

The apartment is in a really perfect location. The view directly of the sea is worth every penny. The check-in and check-out instructions were very easy to understand and simple. A true gem in Soulac!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Arièle’s apt. Everything was as she described. She was very responsive and always helpful. The location was perfect for walking everywhere. Loved the St. Pierre neighborhood. Her suggestion booklet was super helpful, and supported many choices we were already thinking about. Would definitely recommend the apt.

Olivier's apartment was nice, clean, faithful to the photos, close to everything you need for a good weekend (restaurants, sea, playgrounds...). It is a little small, but so well arranged and equipped (washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and even oven...) that we hardly notice its narrowness. Finally, the insulation is quite good since we did not hear the neighbors from our living room. As for Olivier, he is flexible on the arrival schedule and will respond quickly. In addition, he is warm and gives good advice. To summarize, my boyfriend and I had a great weekend at Olivier's apartment. We recommend (PS if you're looking for the lemon press, it's part of the decor)

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment matches the photos point by point. Small but very functional kitchen with all utensils, nothing missing.
