Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in such a way as to have privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... congratulations to both of you 🌞

Diana and I were super happy with the place. Floki (our dog) got along great with the friendly Lola (her dog). Really great! The place was super clean, the amenities are great and the best part is, the landlords are totally accommodating and sweet. Really! Unfortunately, we were unable to use the pool due to the weather, but it is clean and a nice size. The bakery in the village is really highly recommended, especially the little chocolate cakes! 😍 It was a great stay! PS: The kitchen is well equipped and the dog can roam freely on the premises without being able to escape :)

My stay at Etienne's went very well. The setting is truly idyllic, the views are incredible. The accommodation is clean and well decorated, it feels at home. Would love to come back.

We had a very pleasant stay! In advance, we received clear and helpful instructions on what to do in the area, which was very nice. The house itself was comfortable and ideal for our family, the children also felt immediately at home. The facilities were within walking distance, and nearby were nice places to eat and drink. The beaches in the area were also a real plus. We enjoyed and would definitely recommend staying here!

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is in a very good location while being quiet. It is a perfect base to discover the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also excellent quality! Finally, the communication of the check-in and checkout procedures was very clear.

I had the pleasure of spending 5 days at Magali's place! Everything matches the photos and is perfectly equipped. You can get to the center of Maubuisson on foot or by bike very easily and quickly. You will have all the comforts you need for a great stay!

Very good stay at Laura's apartment, who is responsive and available. Delicate touches awaited us on arrival, in an impeccable, functional, quiet apartment, close to the beach and the city center. Nothing was missing, it was perfect! Thanks to Laura and Ludo.

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Very pleasant stay with family, accessible and responsive host, impeccable accommodation, ideal location close to the Chambrette. The only remark we would have to make, but which does not depend on the host, is the invasion of mosquitoes, perhaps an investment in mosquito nets on the windows? Thanks, much appreciated. Jenifer's accommodation has been tastefully renovated. The amenities are as qualitative and numerous as a main house: hair dryer, washing machine, oven, kettle, in short everything is there. you can access the beach in 2 minutes by bike, 5 minutes on foot, happiness.

New accommodation, tastefully decorated, open to a peaceful patio that invites you to relax. Ideally located between the various beaches and a 25-minute walk to the iconic Royan market. Emmanuelle is available, warm and gives good advice.

My daughter and son-in-law greatly enjoyed their stay. The spa is a very pleasant plus. The house is clean, well arranged with all the comforts you need. No problem renewing

We had a great time at Laurent's who is a great host. He welcomed us on site and was very responsive whenever we asked him. The sunsets are beautiful and the apartment is ideal for admiring them.
