The cottage has a nice private setting as part of a parcel of land which is almost 20 acres along the Muskoka River, close to 3 waterfalls and on the Trans Canada Trail. You’ll love our place because of the access to many trails for hiking, yet only a few minutes to downtown Bracebridge and central to most Muskoka Attractions. To really enjoy the river location you need to love walking and exploring. The cottage is offered in its pre-renovation state as the pictures indicate.

While guests do not have direct waterfront access, you get a slight river view, and the Wilson’s Falls walking trails just minutes away! Four minutes drive to town and all its amenities.

The Nest on Irondale River in Geocaching Capital

The Nest is a one room cabin with a screened in porch. There is a queen bed with sheets, queen pillows and comforter. Relax by the river or take out a kayak and paddle upstream to the rapids. After a BBQ dinner, enjoy smores at the large campfire pit. Meander the trails throughout the property and just be. Everything is here for a simple but soul restoring getaway. There is no shower and the toilet is in an outhouse.

Welcome to J & D's Airbnb. This is a spacious bright ground floor of house with a large bedroom, bathroom with tub and shower, large living room/dining area, full kitchen, backyard and parking. We are centrally located, close to downtown; restaurant, pizza, and convenience store across street; grocery, plaza, Tim Hortons, fuel within walking distance. We are usually upstairs, in the garden or a phone call away.
