Lars' father Låge was absolutely lovely and took care of us from the first to the last minute, without exceeding the privacy in the slightest. The tiny house is even more charming than the photos could reflect, is cozy and modern at the same time. We didn't miss anything and if something had been missing, Låge would have remedied it immediately. A wonderful stay in this charming place, which we can fully recommend in this accommodation. Thank you very much, dear Låge, for the beautiful days, we will definitely come back.

nice clean accommodation in a very quiet environment with an amazing view of the lake. Refreshing and pleasant, we had a nice stay. the GPS does not know the address but Viktor provides the GPS point with which we can easily find the house. The stairs are very narrow so a little complicated with large suitcases but the entrance is wide enough to leave the suitcase there if necessary. Viktor is nice, very responsive and has good tips

Absolutely incredible place! A cozy cottage with bicycle distance to a fantastically nice and quiet beach – we had some of the very best days of the early summer here. It almost feels like a secret gem you want to keep to yourself, haha! Host Anna is also super nice and helpful, responds quickly and we were met by eggs from a nearby farm as a welcome gift😊 The cottage was fresh, clean and nicely made with towels ready – so very welcoming. The outdoor shower was fresh (for real!) and it was absolutely wonderful to stand and shower outdoors in the summer heat, everything worked as smoothly as possible. We also got to borrow bikes from Anna, so nice of her! The area offers lots of cozy flea markets and we went into Öregrund, which I highly recommend! Don't think, book! You won't regret it🤗

Öregrund was like a late summer saga & Niclas & Lotta's place was like a dream. We can't wait to go back! We highly recommend this gem. As a bonus, we got a lovely artist as a neighbor, lovely exchange in the late summer evening. Airbnb at it's best!
