Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower as well as a fresh outdoor toilet.

In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Vargskär is located on Gräsö's eastern side and from here you can go directly out to the archipelago and open sea for swimming, sunbathing or maybe a fishing trip. The property is located near the lake with beautiful views of the fjord. To the swimming jetty and boat, it is just over 300 meters. The property consists of a main building of about 60 m2 with two bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with fireplace and bathroom with toilet and shower. In addition, there are two more smaller cottages and a total of 8 beds. Winterized and can be used all year round.

To the south is the Stockholm archipelago and to the north the open sea. 1.5 hours from Arlanda. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minutes walk to bus station and ferry to Gräsö.

This cottage offers a peaceful and natural accommodation by a spring lake with fresh water, which is well-suited for washing and hygiene. The cottage is of a simpler standard and lacks high voltage electricity and a hot shower. The power supply is via a 12-volt system, which is sufficient for simpler lighting. However, the capacity is limited. There is a possibility to charge mobile phones via sockets, as well as access to TV with DVD.
