Welcome to our beautiful house in the countryside, with no next-door neighbors except the forest. A short walk takes you to a quiet lake and a lovely sea inlet, for swimming, or just unwinding by the water. The house has all modern comforts, an open floor plan, and big windows that bring the outdoors in. There’s also a private sauna. Havsnära sommardröm

I Räfsnäs, i Norrtäljes skärgård ligger detta ställe. Huset är modernt utrustad med toalett, dusch, tvättmaskin & torktumlare, ett fullt utrustat kök och bredband. För kallare dagar finns en kamin/luftvärmepump inne i huset och för varma finns AC. Huset ligger på en stor tomt utan större insyn i ett idylliskt område med bullerbykänsla. Avståndet till havet är endast 150 meter. Det finns flera uteplatser i olika väderstreck. Vår favorit är vår stora altan med utekök, stor matplats och spabad.

Our wonderful cottage is known from Astrid Lindgren's iconic TV series Saltkråkan and is suitable for friendgroups, the couple in love or a family with kids. Cottage is located on a large estate, only 10 minutes walk from the ferry stop and 5 min to our private jetty located on the public sandy beach. Enjoy a dinner in the beautiful garden, walks in the forrest and bask in a sauna before the evening dip...

Huset byggdes i dalatimmer 2022 i traditionell stil men med alla moderna bekvämligheter, för åretruntbruk. Utanför högsäsong syns ofta vilt som råddjur, hare och räv på tomten. Huvudsovrummet har en mycket bekväm 160-säng från ett premiummärke, med havsutsikt från huvudkudden. Nära charmiga Norrtälje, fina vandringsstigar.

Endast en kort bilfärd till vackra vandringsleder i naturreservatet i Riddersholm samt till passbåten i Refsnäs för utflykter till närliggande öar. Finns gratis parkering på tomten om ni kommer med bil och är nära till busshållplats. Vi har ofta en fantastisk solnedgångshimmel från höjden året om!

We’ve had an amazing stay with friends and toddlers. The house was perfect for cooking and social evenings. We had bad weather which means we did not enjoy the pool as we hoped to, but luckily we enjoyed the sauna with breathtaking views. Mikael was responsive and always helpful when we had questions. Thank you!

Vi fick ett fint mottagande och visning av huset av Joakim och senare kom Maria förbi med några ullfiltar då jag frågat om det fanns några. Allt kändes genomtänkt och balanserat! Vi kan verkligen rekommendera boendet och platsen. Bättre och mysigare än på bilderna. Väldigt harmonisk och rogivande atmosfär i huset. Det kändes att färger, mönster och inredning var utvalda med omsorg. Väl utrustat boende. Vi bodde bara 2 nätter men jag skulle kunna tänka mig att långtidshyra det för det kändes väldigt komplett. Jättefin trädgård utanför!

väldigt mysigt boende om än vi sov endast en natt där. gammaldags lantlig känsla! väldigt trevlig värd samt mottagandet när vi väl kom.

Le cottage d’Ulrika est particulièrement beau et bien situé : Stomnarö est une très belle petite île, avec une nature magnifique et un calme immense. Le deck offre une superbe vue plein ouest, avec des couchers de soleils inoubliables. L’intérieur du cottage est cosy, la cuisine super bien équipée et la douche chaude (extérieure) très bienvenue. Aux futurs voyageurs : sachez que le bateau (loué à part par Ulrika) est indispensable car il n’y a aucun commerce sur l’île (il y a cependant un petit supermarché bien achalandé à Spillersboda, ouvert tous les jours l’été). Les toilettes sont à l’extérieur, un peu rudimentaires mais on s’habitue :) Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu superbe et reposant !

We had a wonderful stay at louise's place. Everything was as described and the house had everything we needed. The best parts were the views across the lake and the sauna right by the water! Would definitely recommend a stay here!
