The detached guest house is located in the rear part of the historic property Hammerschmiede Grafing (built in 1664), located on the Urtel stream. Far away from road traffic, bordering on wide meadows and yet only 1 km to the bustling market square. The apartment is only 35 minutes drive to the Munich airport and 15 minutes drive the new exhibition centre- Messe. To the s bahn station line 4 and 6 only 10 minutes walk and you can find there all the cafes, supermarket, and so on. With the S bahn 25 minutes u are in the city center. Parking is free on the public street. The apartment is specially kids-friendly- a playground at the backyard.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Hello, Looking for a home away from home? I offer you a small but fine apartment at the gates of Munich, which is about 25 minutes by car from Munich Airport. The 25 sqm furnished apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a tiled stove, a guest Wi-Fi and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment was completely refurbished in 2019 and also has separate access.
