It is an 80 m² attic apartment on 2 levels (1st floor: hallway, wardrobe, built-in closet, shower room/toilet, 2nd floor: loft with complete kitchen, bar, dining table, couch (or sofa bed), desk, fireplace, double bed, bathroom (toilet/bathtub/washing machine) and folding bed if necessary. Monoblock air conditioning. Neighborhood quiet residential development right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. S-Bahn [suburban train] 7-minute walk or 1-minute bus. 15-minute drive to Marienplatz.

For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. A little house for yourselves. 3 Sleeping Rooms (2 big, 1 small), a big kitchen/living room combo, a small bathroom. 1 parking spot on our ground. Close to public transport (22 min to downtown Munich or 30 min to the October festival) or 15 minutes by car to the convention center. It is our wish that you feel cosy in our place (our house is next to you) so we will try to guide and help you where possible as we traveled a lot ourself. It all depends on your kindness.
