The apartment is in the countryside, but only 15 minutes from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 minutes away. The U-Bahn [subway] runs directly to Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. Our two-story duplex apartment is located in a quiet, safe, and conveniently accessible area with views of trees and forests.

Completely refurbished (mid-2018) 2-room apartment (60 sqm) by the forest with terrace in a small community between Munich and Wasserburg. Free Wi-Fi available. In the living room, a foldable sofa bed (1.35x2 m). By car: MUNICH 35–45 min., MUNICH EXHIBITION CENTER 25 min., CHIEMSEE 45 min., AIRPORT 40 min., THERME ERDING 30 min. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind.
