Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Granite Bay

The home was super comfortable! The outdoor space was one of my favorite parts! Tons of hummingbirds to see! Having a large group like I did the house was spacious and full of potential to host. There were several TV's and lounge areas it was a great get away. So close to Folsom Lake, and San Francisco!

Beautiful house that was well stocked with everything I could need. Plenty of space inside with a large kitchen and tons of space outside. Large backyard with multiple spaces to relax in sun or shade. Neighborhood was so quiet. Plenty of space for an extended stay for 4 people. I stayed on my own and just enjoyed the peace.

This home was perfect for our family. The house is spacious so we had private time and time to join as a family. We had 7 people stay the night, and had extra room. The outside is tranquil and even more beautiful than the photos. And so grateful to the host that was so accommodating to our requests. Would recommend.

Spent a few days here during Christmas and there was plenty of room for our toddler to explore, even with it being too cold for the pool. The view was great - could see the snow on the mountains when it was clear. The kitchen was sufficient for small meals but it was not equipped for baking or cooking complex things. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Great place - was perfect for a family to get together. The outdoor space was our favorite - the kids swam all day while we relaxed on the shaded patio and cooked on the outdoor kitchen. The home was well stocked and the beds were so comfy!

This was such a lovely, peaceful, and spacious place for us to stay! We came for my nephew’s graduation just right down the road at Del Oro HS. Alina was the perfect host and we highly recommend her and this home!

Eddy is an awesome guy. His apartment is really nice and has all the amenities very very clean there’s a pool there there’s a gym it’s close to lots of great stuff in Folsom and it’s very safe there’s a gate and there’s lots of nice neighbors… I also like the way Eddy does business he’s not excessive with rules we communicate on things and he’s flexible and to me that’s really important and having a host… I would definitely come back there again and look forward to it thanks for the great stay Eddy!

We loved this unit! It had plenty of space for me and my partner, and the washer and dryer was a nice surprise. The river walk is less than a mile away, and the gardens on the property are beautiful. We’d love to stay here again!

Elise’s place is such a great spot. Perfect for a small family or a couple of friends looking to enjoy the charm of the foothills. Located right in downtown Jackson, it’s within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. It’s also a short drive to nearby wineries and fun day adventures like Kennedy Mines, rail cars, Black Chasm Cavern, and Indian Grinding Rock Historic Park. The home is cozy and relaxing, a perfect place to unwind after exploring. Elise made check-in and check-out super easy, and the thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, and local books on the area were much appreciated. A wonderful and reasonably priced stay and highly recommend to anyone visiting.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a mountain biking getaway and absolutely loved it! The home was exactly as described—cozy, clean, and welcoming. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful outdoor lighting at night, which created a magical atmosphere among the trees. The location couldn’t be more convenient, and check-in was quick and seamless. We’re already looking forward to coming back soon!

We had a fabulous time and the back yard / pool area was a perfect setting for my large bachelorette. It seemed the host was anxious about having a group our size (23 women) yet did not list anywhere a maximum number of guests on the listing. It seemed we earned their trust through the stay though. Initially it felt awkward to have to text the host for things like turning on the hot tub or outdoor lights or pool slide, but they were pretty fast in response time and it ended up feeling pretty easy. Wish the kitchen would have had more kitchen towels, seems maybe not set up for full on dinner party use - but they did bring trash bags and replace the outside grill upon our request, which was impressive. Overall a positive experience! The grotto was lots of fun - we never left the property all weekend.

Our stay was fantastic for a weekend getaway. You are 10-15 minutes away from a number of wineries and restaurants, with the benefits of having your own private space to relax and enjoy the countryside. Our host was extremely responsive and attentive to any questions or needs we had, and made our stay more than comfortable. Absolutely would recommend the listing to anyone else, and would come back to stay myself.

Looks exactly as pictured and Steve was always nearby if we needed help figuring anything out with the house. It is a very large home with a beautiful view. Used the hot tub and pellet stove almost every night. It was the perfect escape for the holidays with our family. Enough space that family could rest while sharing the home with an infant.

This place is truly something special. The peaceful setting, the beautiful views, and the cozy, welcoming home made our time here unforgettable. We held a small event and everything felt just right. This villa is in the heart of the foothills surrounded by nature. Its deck is perfect to take in the views, the home is beautiful and plenty of space for several guest. Host description of beds/rooms is accurate. We loved the little theater in back, asked for karaoke but didn’t have a chance to use but LOVED this option. Host is very responsive, willing to work out any issue or concern. If you’re looking for a large family or friend gathering in a quiet peaceful nature setting this is the place!! Warning you lose cell service before arriving at home, WiFi was great very fast just be aware to load address ahead of time and use internet for calls.
