Conveniently located just one mile from Camp Michawana, 10 minutes from Hastings, and 40 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge of Lake Wabasis with 66' of private shoreline. It includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May through October, weather permitting). There is also a front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. The local owners do all the cleaning, communication, and are personally on call nearby, to avoid the pitfalls associated with absentee landlords. Located in the heart of quintessential small town Lake Odessa, the Beach Cottage is situated right on Jordan Lake. Jordan Lake is 430 acres, and all sports. It is great for swimming, boating, fishing, and just about anything else you like to do on the water.

Our charming bungalow is located walking distance from downtown Muskegon and Muskegon Lake. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood setting while being close to all of the action that downtown has to offer. Breweries, restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market all await. If downtown isn’t your scene, the bungalow is a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.

This cozy cottage is nestled in a wooded area close to Lake Macatawa & Lake Michigan. It’s just 2.6 miles to beautiful Ottawa Beach at Holland State Park. You can go to the beach, shop, hike nature preserves, or just relax at home in the cottage. For shopping & dining, picturesque downtown Holland is just a 4.8 mile drive.

The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with separate bunkhouse that also includes a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, private beach & dock w/swim platform from May through October (weather permitting). The property is spread over 2 large lots with expansive views of Lake Wabasis; a sandy beach at the shoreline; and a backyard surrounded by woodlands offering complete privacy. Plus an adjacent vernal pond that provides an abundance of nature's sights & sounds.

Lakefront Cottage on All-Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
