Rachel has a beautiful home and you are sure to feel very comfortable there. She has great taste. Though the place seems out of the way, as soon as you start exploring, you’ll find it’s actually pretty central. The building is also gorgeous and we enjoyed going to the rooftop. Thank you Rachel

the place is amazing, clean and spacious. the rooftop pool was incredible. The facility pool is also great! Location is very convenient. although our stay was great, if I have to give some feedback; the AC in the smaller bedoom was blowing too much when turned on on the lowest mode. evening hrs it can be noisy when in the bedroom the beds by the pool were a bit worn off

Stay here! Carlos is immediately responsive and accommodating. The building is safe and the apt: squeaky clean, quiet and comfy with all the amenities + breathtaking views from the rooftop pool. Located in one of the nicest spots in Playa and completely accessible to everything by foot. Really great experience!

Andres was a great host—very communicative throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and easy. The location was perfect, just a block away from 5th Street where all the restaurants and shops are. The apartment is great and the neighborhood is very quiet. When I booked, I was a little worried about the noise that other guests said they had heard, since my intention was to work about 3 days from there, but to my surprise there was no noise, I was able to work quietly (the Internet worked wonderfully) and our 8-month-old baby was at home. We stayed 2 weeks and everything was excellent, we would definitely come back.

It was so beautiful I appreciated the attention to detail of this space to match the theme of the overall condo. I will stay here again 1000% I wish the bed was less harder to promote a restful sleep. Alvaro was quick to respond and also provided recommendations for transportation when I asked. Beautiful serene atmosphere.

I have fallen in love with 38th street in Playa del Carmen. This was my first time staying on the street and it was amazing. Surrounded by the jungle, ocean view from the roof top pool, steps from 5th Avenue, and the beach in a block. There was nothing not to love. I can't wait to go back.

Definitely the best place you can find in Playa del Carmen, the apartment felt like being at home, it has absolutely everything, the apartment and the luxury facilities, the great amenities, Olivia was very attentive and very kind, walking to 5th Avenue was a great walk, it's about 12 minutes, I will definitely return! The best place in Playacar is here!

my stay was excellent, everything was very clean the impeccable bathroom, the kitchen very equipped and clean, it is surrounded by nature, the pool is excellent, especially the pool that is located on the upper floor has a wonderful view to the sea and the jungle. Truly incredible, there was no one else but us, The beach of the club beach has a lot of Roca, they are however, the pool and the excellent facilities. i recommend going by own car and passing before arriving for the food and drinks that you are going to occupy because there is nothing to buy in el.lugar. it is a 15 minute drive to akumal beach to visit all day and swim with the turtles was an unforgettable experience! and half an hour from Playa del Carmen and Tulim, it is in a strategic place to move. Fernando was always very attentive to my stay, he always answered all my calls, 100% recommended

Miguel’s place was perfect! Beach right outside and 5th ave and all its shops and liveliness super close. It’s a very walkable neighborhood! I would definitely stay here again. Also Miguel was very helpful with arranging airport transport.

I can most definitely say this was one of our All time favorite places to stay!! The home was in an amazing location…walking distance to everything we needed or wanted to do. Corrina had a list of dining places that were spectacular!! We love to walk and explore and these surrounding did not disappoint. The private pool was a huge blessing on days that we just want to lay out and relax!! Thank you so much for hosting us in your beautiful home!

We came to Kippal Cozumel with my wife and kids, and it didn’t take long to realize we had found the perfect spot for a family vacation. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped – but what really made the difference was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We truly felt at home from the very beginning. The kids absolutely loved the pool, the foosball table, and the pool table – it was hard to get them to leave. And we enjoyed the peace and quiet, the rooftop bar with relaxing music, and the perfectly timed, delicious margarita that made everything even better. It honestly felt like every little detail had already been thought of. The hospitality was top-notch and full of heart. Thank you for an amazing experience – we would absolutely love to come back again!

Great apartment in a nice condo complex. It’s worth noting that if you’re after beach time to note that Playa del Carmen and that coast gets a lot of seaweed from May thru August apparently, so be prepared for the smell and not using the sea much. The apartment is wonderful, well lit, very spacious and well equipped. The host is very responsive. The pool setup is great, added bonus having same shade over the pool. Staff at the complex are fantastic. Overall we enjoyed our stay here

The house is simply beautiful, it has all the amenities and tools to spend time with the family, spacious, clean and very well maintained. Ana's services were very good, always attentive and with good recommendations. The location is very good, nice area, the residential complex is very quiet and above all safe. I loved the hosts' attention, they saved me from not spending the night in the car with 7 young girls, the Airbnb I rented for my vacation made us have a bad time and we had to leave it, I contacted the hosts late at night and they were accessible and quick, they provided us with everything to live in the apartment in less than 10 minutes, they 🤗 were angels for us, the place is comfortable, safe and with super clear and precise directions, they are in contact and always available, I recommend them 100%

Sonny was amazing from beginning to end, super friendly and incredibly responsive. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and has 24 hr security… who are super friendly and helpful as well. Loved that we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Sonny had endless recommendations making our girls trip so much smoother. His transportation recommendation saved us everyday, the chef, the marachi band, the masseuse, all beautiful. Our experience was nothing less of amazing. Definitely recommended and would definitely book again.

A peaceful jungle retreat with all the essentials We had a lovely stay at this beautiful jungle home, surrounded by nature and wildlife – we saw plenty of iguanas during the day and even spotted a couple of scorpions and a small snake at night (to be expected given the location, but worth noting!). The house is compact but well-equipped with everything you need. Facilities are excellent, and the space was more than adequate for a comfortable stay. Despite some previous reviews, we did have hot water – the shower handle is just reversed, so turn it to “cold” for hot! There were a few power outages during our stay, which is fairly common in the area. One outage lasted several hours, so keep that in mind when stocking up the fridge. Our host was fantastic – super responsive and helpful throughout. That said, an information booklet covering things like the shower, local amenities, and how to manage during power cuts would have been really helpful and saved a few messages. The bed shee

Great stay, Elba and Nayeli are always attentive to resolve any unforeseen issues. I appreciate all the attention, highly recommended. Very safe, comfortable and the pools are excellent.

House was beautiful and super well laid out. Big new TV, comfy couch, and all the amenities. The place was clean, bathroom soaps and shower gels, and the fresh beds were amazing with soft covers and quality sheets. Area was new, secure, quiet and Jorge kept the yard and pool spotless. We used the clubhouse, pool and gym and it was great. The only surprise was that the beach was only accessible through the gate across a very busy highway. You had to pay to access it in the times laid out. It was not the “private quiet beach club” that was advertised. The Beach front was all private, with no other accessibility. Very commercial touristy beach.

Exceeded our expectations - casa piedra is beautiful and had everything we needed and more. Gorgeous inside and out. All rooms are large - it was hard to pick a favorite! The kitchen is huge and fully stocked. AC worked like a charm. Over and above concierge service - helped us with recommendations, reservations, groceries, and a million questions. The whole team was super responsive and patient. We are so grateful and can’t wait to come back!
