The place was located close to downtown and very cute. We really appreciated how dog friendly it was and the fenced outdoor area. Michael was very responsive and accommodating. The place had all the amenities and they also left little treats as well. Highly recommend staying here and will definitely book again!

This was a beautiful stay. Definitely felt like home away from home. It was nice to get up and drink a cup of coffee and see the deer through the window. At night enjoy one can enjoy a nice evening outside and cuddled up with a blanket by the fire. My family and I came down for our neice College Graduation in Grand Junction which is only a 32 min drive. While the rest of the family stood in hotels we had the best experience staying at Thomas place. What I loved the most is that they had more that what traditional AirBnB offers. Thank you for being amazing host and quick with responses. We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

We had a lovely stay at Ron's house. We came with our dog and it was very easy to be in the house with a pet. The backyard isn't well suited for a dog, shares the space with the other house and no room for dog to run around. However the house itself was great. They even had a big dog bed in the mudroom that our dog absolutely loved. We brought our bikes and the mudroom was perfect for storing them. You could easily fit six bikes in there! The house is in a great location for walking to the Main St restaurants and shops. I would stay at this house again.

Great location near the stadium and a nice stroll to downtown. It's about a 20-minute walk to Main Street but the walk feels good both good and after dinner. And if you prefer to drive that's less than five minutes. The neighborhood is very quiet. They have two houses on the lot and the other one was occupied but we felt we had our own space and really never even noticed the other house being occupied. I would most definitely stay here again.

We traveled with 3 small kids and our dog and this was perfect or us. Lots of room outside for the kids to play and our dog to run around. They spent so much time on the beautiful swing set. This house was very close to everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

We visited Palisade at the start of a national parks adventure in May 2025. We wanted a pet-friendly Airbnb, as our dog Buckley (German Shepherd/Husky) was joining us. We loved this location. The house was beautiful, clean, open-concept, and had great amenities. We would love to return in the future!

Beautiful place to stay! Out of the way but not too far away from Fruita and Grand Junction. Very nice accommodations and had lots of cool things - hot tub, pool table, Blackstone grill, Ninja coffee maker, - just awesome!!

Great stay! Cute, clean, comfortable house in a private area outside of town looking out over a peach tree field. Super quiet area and we got to watch a great sunset. Plenty of amenities, they even left us some eggs for breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

We really only have one regret: we didn't stay longer. A beautiful, self-contained casita in the countryside of Western Colorado, which provided us with a deeper appreciation of what this area has to offer. Now we understand. Warm and friendly hosts. Great communication. Immaculate accomodations. Will be hard-pressed to ever pass through Fruita without planning to stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful home to rent! Home decor was 1st class! Beds were so comfortable we all wanted to go and purchase the same beds! Linens and comforters were so so soft and smelled so fresh! All bedrooms and living areas had big smart TV's! Have many extra accessories and furniture for babies, children, pets if needed. Pool cover is retractable! Firepit very easy to use and enjoy! Lots of ample parking!! Home has such a peaceful spirit to it! Customer service is top notch! Outside of home is so serene with plenty of areas and furniture to relax. Has hammock in secluded area, two Minnie fridges, shower and bathroom by pool. Kitchen fully stocked! Has many garages for use if needed. Management company is so friendly and easy to deal with! Home does have many steps, so please be aware! Other than that, this a a beautiful space for families and gatherings! Absolutely just beautiful and serene!! You feel like you are in your own serene resort!! We hope to be back again!

This is our second time here and we absolutely love it. Our boys love running and playing with Ace the doggie and it’s a gorgeous spot. The house has everything we need to be comfortable and cook some meals. We can’t wait to be back!

we enjoyed our stay. We had all the amenities we could need. The place was very spacious, and the backyard was a huge plus. it was close to everything and very quiet/peaceful. we would stay here again.

Brad and Sarah are great host when we needed something they responded promptly and were always friendly I definitely recommend this place, it’s cozy loved the decoration and beds were really comfortable the whole home was very clean.. thank you Brad and Sarah for having us and when we go to Colorado I’ll definitely be looking forward to staying there again❤️👌

The Grant House was phenomenal. Every space in the house was usable, clean, and inviting. The outdoor space was not only BEAUTIFUL, but great for hosting a family get-together— we’ve already booked again for a birthday party in a few months. The space is roomy so even with many people, it does not feel cramped and we enjoyed using the kitchen for dinners. Nicole was friendly and always quick to respond with questions/concerns. She had made this stay feel luxurious with nice bedding (our fave part was the comfy bed and pillows— literally bought the same pillows after our stay), appliances are nice, and the furnishings are nice and cozy. Thanks again!!

Beautiful deck out back that allowed the grandparents to enjoy the outside.

This was our end stay at the Centennial House and hosting an event (our daughter's weding). The house was super clean and is stocked with almost any item a large family/group could need in their stay. Tamara has been so responsive, helpful, and encouraging through the planning process of using her beautiful space. She was quick to answer any questions and excelled in making sure things were ready and looking nice in the yard for us. This has been one of our favorite places to stay due to location, cleanliness, accommodations, and the hostess. Thank you!

This house was the perfect location for our weekend in Gand Junction. .This is a clean, comfortable older home with lots of charm in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed relaxing in the back yard watching and listening to all the birds. House had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Had a great stay at the pink house. Felt right at home and was a great home base for our activities in the area. thankful we could bring our dog and let her hang out with Julia's great pups!

we loved the enclosed space in the back. It's completely fenced in. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. This location is a great central located. The full kitchen wth full table makes it nice to spread out and breath.

The place was just like the pictures. very comfortable and felt at home. When he described that there were spices and cookware, this typically means salt and pepper only and naybe a pan or 2. I was excited to see such a variety of spices and Herbal teas, honey and coffee. There was a decent set of cookware, silverware and dishes. Our English bulldog did not want to leave the back yard, he enjoyed being outside as much as he could. Water was nice and hot in the shower with great water pressure. Beds were comfortable with plenty of clean linens. Will definitely keep this listing for future visits!
