Condo vacation rentals in Grand County

We loved staying at Edith’s place. It’s the perfect place for couples. The condo was roomy and cozy, felt right at home. The bed was comfortable with comfortable blankets and pillows. I loved the bedroom loft feeling! the place was very clean and spotless. Very good shower with water pressure and a hot bath or hottub after a long day spent hiking was perfect. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for hosting!

I was surprised that a place with so many reviews still had 5 stars, but after going to Dale’s place, I know why! It was stunningly beautiful, every detail thought of, extremely comfortable, easy to find and fun to explore. I loved the grill & wood stove, hot tub, electric fireplace and cozy atmosphere. The views were incredible!! There may seem to be a lot of rules, but they all make sense when you consider how remote the property is. Hope to go back soon!

Great Stay in Winter Park I stayed here for about a week and really enjoyed it. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The location was peaceful and convenient, and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely stay there again.

Samual gave good clear directions and the place is upstairs but easy to get to. The location is near stores for food and restaurants are near by in town. Over all a great stay.

We stayed at Jaxin’s Den for a month and it was truly a wonderful time. Jenna was a very kind and responsive host. The condo was modern, clean, and included everything we needed for our long term stay. The balcony had a beautiful mountain view and you could see every single star at night time. The garage was secure, easy to access, and had more than enough room for an SUV. The neighborhood was very peaceful and great to walk the dog. Great location that is minutes away from the grocery store and local restaurants. I would recommend Jenna’s listing to any family or friend. I will only stay here when I return again. Adriana’s place in Fraser was such a gem! Great location, walking distance from coffee shops, breweries and Safeway + a beautiful view of the mountains. The space was a perfect size for us and she was such a hospitable host - definitely a great valley visiting Fraser/Winter park!

This was our final stop on a 10 day road trip. It was the perfect place to catch up on rest! It was so easy to get to Rocky Mountain National Park. We really appreciated the hot tub and pool after a long day of hiking.

Really nice condo, gorgeous surroundings in the mountains. Very peaceful and serene area, we absolutely loved our stay. The actual condo building itself is dated and not fancy, however this condo is updated, spacious, and very comfortable. We had a group of four, 2 adults and 2 teens, and we all slept well in the comfy beds and felt refreshed for our adventurous days. We made dinner in the condo each night and had some really memorable family time together. Highly recommend and we will be back if we're ever lucky enough to return to the rockies!

Third time staying here. Great amenities. Great location. Love the ability to bring my dog with me to the mountains. Convenient location near a shuttle stop so no problem getting to ski mountain. All the amenities you need. I especially enjoyed having two full bathrooms, laundry, a balcony, and a garage for parking.

This place was AMAZING! Kelly is incredibly thoughtful and intentional about the space and it really stood out. The place has everything we could need. Loved that it is dog friendly and everything was set-up to be dog friendly. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Super easy to use everything and the guide book was a great resource. This is one of the best Airbnbs that I have ever stayed in. The entire place was comfortable and Kelly was responsive and helpful from booking to checking out. I cannot recommend enough. Already looking at booking another stay here.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this Airbnb in Granby, CO! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—peaceful, with beautiful views, and just a short drive to nearby hiking trails and hot springs. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! Parking with a big truck was tricky as some of the parking stalls were too low for us to get in, so if the condos are full not sure where you park?

Just as described. Had everything we needed to cook meals, sleep well, and relax after a ski day (hot tub access and the fireplace). Loved the record player in the evenings. Will stay again if available!

This was our second time staying here because we love it so much. It’s super convenient to the ski resort, grocery store, restaurants and anything else you might want or need. We stayed with our pups and 5 year old and had a great stay!

Natalie’s place is amazing! She provides super clear instructions to find the condo and to get in. The kitchen has everything you could need, and the balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee. The bedroom is spacious and the bed is super comfortable. The bathroom is fully stocked and has plenty of towels. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Granby, Fraser, Winter Park and Grand Lake. We can’t wait to stay again!

The place was adorable and great for our stay. Ski in/out is from blue routes, but the village is a short drive and no big deal. Beds were so comfy (firm but not overly so)! Overall we had a great time, had fun skiing and playing in the snow, had a comfy place to recharge at night, and saw some incredible sunsets from the balcony.

Good responsive hosts Clean home Can be a little tight in the living room with 5 guests max, very comfortable with 4. Their guest max made sense haha EXCELLENT location for winter park resort and west side rockies

Condo is as advertised - very comfortable and within walking distance to great shops and restaurants. We loved our dinners at Denos and Paella. Scott is a great host and very communicative. Highly recommend!

Jordan's condo was perfect and a nice spot for 2 or 3 people. It was set up very well for our 4 day stay and everything was updated and modern. I would stay here again!

Awesome place .

Shawna is a great host! I would stay here again for sure. The location is great--you look right down on the Fraser River from the condo. When the weather is nice, it is a short walk to the Grand Park Community Rec Center, restaurants, and coffee shops. The Fraser River Trail is right outside the building, and a nice network of trails starts behind the pool building. The kitchen has everything you need--probably the best-stocked kitchen of any small Airbnb I have stayed in.
