Welcome to our lovely Spanish home in the popular area San Juan de Capistrano. The area is built in beautiful Andalusian style. Our property has 3 proper bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lovely private enclosed garden and a fantastic private roof terrace with 360 degree views AND the best evening sun in Nerja! The house is built over two levels, with the third bedroom (newly renovated)/bathroom with external access from the garden. You will also have access to a beautiful pool area with restaurants.

A communal swimming pool is centered within a landscaped garden, surrounded by charming townhouses. Thick green foliage and flowering plants adorn the exterior, providing a vibrant backdrop. Sun loungers are positioned along the poolside, and a diving board stands at one end of the pool.

Esta casa de reciente construcción, en un estilo y diseño impecables, incluye 5 dormitorios y también se beneficia de una terraza en la azotea con una pequeña piscina (70 cm de profundidad) y espectaculares vistas a Nerja, el mar y la montaña. La propiedad fue construida con estándares muy altos y ofrece una combinación de estilo andaluz contemporáneo y tradicional.

Beautiful Andalusian Town House at Calle Carabeo 61, only a few steps from the Balcón de Europa. With fantastic views from the private roof terrace, to the sea and mountains. The old traditional house was recently renovated (June 2023) to modern style. Independent air conditioning on each floor. A local supermarket and the picturesque beach of Carabeo are right beside the house, while cafés, restaurants and bars are within easy reach.
