Fantastic roof terrace and a private garden!

Welcome to our lovely Spanish home in the popular area San Juan de Capistrano. The area is built in beautiful Andalusian style. Our property has 3 proper bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lovely private enclosed garden and a fantastic private roof terrace with 360 degree views AND the best evening sun in Nerja! The house is built over two levels, with the third bedroom (newly renovated)/bathroom with external access from the garden. You will also have access to a beautiful pool area with restaurants.

A communal swimming pool is centered within a landscaped garden, surrounded by charming townhouses. Thick green foliage and flowering plants adorn the exterior, providing a vibrant backdrop. Sun loungers are positioned along the poolside, and a diving board stands at one end of the pool.

A modern, 3-bedroom terrace house with air-condition in Urbanisation Aljamar, a short-distance walk from Burriana Beach. It has laminate flooring, new furniture and is fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning units in all bedrooms and living room. It´s a child friendly, quiet urbanisation that is being well taken care of and it has a large communal pool area. Parking is available in the street, just in front of the house.

Beautiful Andalusian Town House at Calle Carabeo 61, only a few steps from the Balcón de Europa. With fantastic views from the private roof terrace, to the sea and mountains. The old traditional house was recently renovated (June 2023) to modern style. Independent air conditioning on each floor. A local supermarket and the picturesque beach of Carabeo are right beside the house, while cafés, restaurants and bars are within easy reach.
