The apartment is located on a fourth floor, in the middle area of the ski resort, in front of the first stop of the Telesilla Parador I ski lift and walking distance to the Maribel track. This cozy 45-square-meter unit has a south orientation and overlooking the ski slopes, which makes the apartment very bright. The unit is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay (Wi-Fi, washing machine, centralized and programmed heating, etc.). The entrance is private, using access codes. Bed linen, towels (2 per person), duvets and essentials are INCLUDED in the price. Between both there is a hallway with a DRESSING ROOM for clothes, suitcases, a code safe that You can program and pillows of different hardness. - HEATING: it is centralized and programmed. Before you arrive, you will connect for greater comfort. There is a radiator in each bedroom (600w + 600w), in the bathroom (350w) and in the living room (1500w), which gives the apartment great warmth. -The apartment is rented in full, for the exclusive use of guests. - The Parador I chairlift stop is located in front of the building. At this same stop you can buy the pass or pick up the one you booked online. The Maribel track is located approximately 70 meters away. -In the same building on the third floor I have another apartment advertised on this website. -The ideal occupancy is 3 guests, but we allow a maximum of four at the same price (in that case, please let us know so we can prepare it for four guests). -We are registered as a VUT (Tourist Use Housing) with the Junta de Andalucía. Therefore, we are required to request a record of travelers, which is sent to the police website. - No PETS permitted. - No PARTIES or annoying noises are allowed for neighbors. - Failure to comply with these sections will be grounds for cancellation of the contract. - Please DO not SMOKE in the apartment or with the windows open, nor on the staircase of the building. If they smoke, the smell of tobacco remains in the house and we will need a special cleaning and airing the floor for hours, so we will lose heat in the house. Tropicana II - tasteful with lovely sea views

The Tropicana 2 apartment is part of a charming and smaller community with beautiful views and lush gardens. Inside there is a hall, 2 nice bedrooms (the beds are 180 and 150 cm) and 1 bathroom. It is an open plan with a modern and well-equipped kitchen, dining furniture, lounge sofa, TV, high-speed internet 300 mb. A lot of light comes in from the large terrace doors and on the generous terrace there is a dining area under awnings, lounge, gas grill and a beautiful view of the bay. In the area there is a very charming pool area where we offer free admission for up to 5 people. There are pools for large and small, green areas, sun loungers and parasols and its own bar and restaurant. Next door there is also padel, tennis, café, restaurant. Out on the headlands are nice communities and residential areas. Casa Tropicana 2 is located on the western headland with about a 12 minute walk or 2 minute drive down to the beach. La Herradura is a slightly smaller holiday resort 50 minutes east of Malaga. Known for its beautiful beaches, beautiful and clear water, cozy surroundings, the guest port Marina del Este - and fine gastronomy along the paseon and in the centre.
