Vacation rentals with a patio in Gran Alacant

They are the best hosts that I have ever met with. The apartam is well-furhished, clean and spacious, the view from the whole apartman is breathtaking. The tram is very close, you can reach the city center in 10mins.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. It looks even prettier live then on the pictures. She answered always very quick. Perfect Airbnb which was worth the money for 5 nights. Thank you

Our stay in this apartment was amazing. The place is modern, has everything you need and has a very nice balcony with a beautiful view. The apartment is very well equipped and we also had chairs and umbrellas for beach which was very convinient. Maria was a great host and let us stay longer in our check out day which helped us because our flight was in the evening. This place was 10/10!

I recommend it with all my heart, the apartment is beautiful and well-maintained. Cleaned on a regular basis. The kitchen is equipped with the most necessary things for everyday cooking, bathrooms are equipped with washing liquids, soaps, towels. The view from the balcony is wonderful. Directions to and finding the apartment are very clear, no one will get lost. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT, DO NOT HESITATE!!! YOU WON'T FIND A BETTER PLACE.

The place was so cool that the stay turned out to be too short. Great location. Very good local conditions. Well-working bus service. Nearby restaurants guarantee great food. Very friendly, helpful host. Ricardo welcomed us to the apartment with all the instructions so there were no surprises. I recommend this place with a clear conscience as well as a beautiful neighborhood. Everyone will find something for themselves for us most was the silence of the area, the turquoise of the water, the sun. All at your fingertips. The stay went very well! The accommodation was clean, comfortable and perfectly as advertised. The bedding is of very good quality, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend it in a second.

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

The house is just as shown in the photos. Very clean and tidy, it has everything. We were very comfortable. We'll be back for sure.

Our stay at David's apartment in Gran Alacant was pleasant all around. The property is very well maintained, thoughtfully furnished and offers a wonderful sea view. There was really nothing missing. Particularly nice was the outdoor area with a grill, for which even firewood was provided – perfect for cozy evenings. David is an excellent host. He personally welcomed us and was always available for questions and tips without being intrusive. You immediately felt comfortable and in good hands. The location is ideal – quiet, yet well connected. Santa Pola can be reached in about 15 minutes by bus and Alicante in about 35 minutes, so that excursions can also be easily undertaken. We enjoyed the time very much and can fully recommend the place. Thank you, David!

The apartment is well decorated and organized. The 2+2 stay was very comfortable. In front of the house you can have a coffee on the terrace. There is a school nearby and there is a bit of noise before 9, but it didn't bother us. Parking for car readily available. Walk to the beach, but we've always used the car anyway, so it wasn't a problem for us. Thank you for being able to check in early. We'd love to go back. Thanks for your hospitality

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

What a beautiful place to stay, we absolutely loved it, so quirky with amazing views! A bit of a hike up the hill but well worth the effort. Walking distance to everything really although we did get the tram to San Juan beach as it has sun loungers and is much nicer than the local beach. Viktor and Maria were super helpful and responded very quickly to any questions. Thank you so much for opening your beautiful property to us. 😍

Qing was very pleasant, attentive, and always reachable and responsive. She was accommodating to our traveling needs specially with a toddler. The apartment is very spacious and make you unwind from the busy center. Host work with you if you have additional requests.

A perfect stay on all sides From the moment I arrived, everything was amazing. The hosts were super friendly, attentive and always available for any questions or needs. The house was spotlessly clean, with attention to detail that is noticeable from the first moment. In addition, the aroma of the place was simply lovely, something that made the experience even more welcoming. We were delighted to have been able to spend our stay in Alicante in this apartment. Extremely well located with the metro almost at the foot of the building, and a view that helps you feel like you're on vacation! I highly recommend it.

It was a great stay in a very clean and modern apartment that was located in walking to the city centre. The apartment was also located at the top floor and with the balcony, it gave an amazing view and a very cozy atmosphere both day and night. The hosts were also very inviting and welcoming with quick respond time which made the visit very enjoyable. I would highly recommend!

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!

We were very pleased with the space and its amenities. Unfortunately, we did not have a car and so it was a bit cumbersome to discover something in the area. The hostess is very friendly and accommodating. We would come back!

Great location - super quiet, but only a 5 minute downhill walk to the beach and a row of restaurants and little shops. We ate out every evening. Spacious & modern apartment with a lovely outdoor area. Pool was a good size and really quiet. Great welcome by Jonas’ parents. Great communication by Jonas leading up to our stay. I’d recommend hiring a car if you want to get about as we found booking taxi’s quite hard work! Overall, would highly recommend! We travelled with two children and we had everything we needed.
