We had a truly wonderful stay at Casa Agustina! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I felt very well taken care of from check-in to check-out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem noch schönerem Ausblick aus jedem Zimmer. Die direkte Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, das heißt es gibt nicht viel zu sehen/machen außer den Strand und auch der war nie voll. Mit dem Bus oder der Bahn kommt man jedoch sehr schnell in die belebte Stadt mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Meiner Meinung nach also eine sehr gute Lage, wenn man auch mal was unternehmen möchte, aber am Ende des Tages nicht auf Entspannung und Ruhe verzichten möchte.

Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

For en fantastisk leilighet! Den har perfekt beliggenhet på stranden, og med utsikt over strand og havet. Vi hadde lest noen anmeldelser som nevnte kirkeklokken. For oss ble det en naturlig det av lydbildet og sjenerte oss ikke. Leiligheten har alt du trenger for selvhushold om du ønsker det. Patrick og den lokale hushjelpen er hyggelige og de er lett å kommunisere med. Rett over gaten er et veldig flott bakeri, og på matbutikken må jeg nevne damen som jobber i ferskvaren. Hun hadde god kunnskap om ost med mer. Vi kommer tilbake og anbefaler Patrick og leiligheten på det varmeste😊

Great friendly hosts with an amazing apartment in a fantastic quiet location, nothing is too much trouble for them to help out in any way.The apartment is truly amazing & very modern with everything you need to self cater. The beds are really comfortable & everything was pristine clean. The apartment has two patios with sun on the front terrace in the morning then sun on the rear terrace by the pool in the afternoon. Great to just chill out and enjoy the apartment and outside space for a day at home. The beach is lovely and sandy with the sea colour turquoise blue & just a 10 minute walk away & stretches for miles with beach bars and sun loungers along with the local shops and restaurants. We hired a car which you can park right outside the apartment & made it easier to get to the bigger supermarkets & travel around the area. There is a great scenic coastal road from the beach to Santa Polo for a trip out. We love this relaxing quiet area of Spain & will definitely come back agan

Logement conforme aux photos par contre la plage est loin , il faut systématiquement prendre la voiture pour se déplacer 4km) les plages autour sont non praticables. Le logement donnait sur un immense parking , pas top comme vu ! Je ne m attendais pas à cela. Il y'avait des travaux dans les appartements à côté donc bruit de tronçonneuse, (pas de la faute de Javier ) mais très gênant ! Globalement endroit assez vétuste , immeuble des années 80, terrasses cassées autour des immeubles , sol glissant attention aux glissades lorsqu'il y a de la pluie (séjour avril/mai ) aucune communication avec Javier, vidéo envoyée sur le portable pour expliquer l entrée dans les lieux ! Attention pas de chaînes françaises ! Aucun intérêt pour moi d y revenir ...

Mieszkanie idealne dla większej liczby osób .Dwie łazienki,w których był szampon i płyn pod prysznic,duża kuchnia i duży salon oraz taras z pięknym widokiem na palmy,plażę i morze.DOKŁADNIE TAKIE JAK NA ZDJĘCIACH .W mieszkaniu jest tv,internet ,odkurzacz,pralka ,zmywarka oraz dwa łóżeczka dla niemowląt a nawet zabawki na plażę .W kuchni wystarczająca ilość naczyń i sztućców ,czajnik elektryczny ,piekarnik ,mikrofalówka i inne potrzebne drobiazgi. Bardzo pomocna okazała się opiekunka czyli miła Pani ALENA,która przekazywała nam klucze. Była punktualnie o ustalonej godzinie .Zorganizowała też pościel do łóżeczek dla niemowląt. Była z nami w stałym kontakcie na whats app, odpisywała natychmiast. Jeśli będę planować pobyt w Santa Pola chętnie skorzystam z oferty Thomasa i będzie mi miło współpracować po raz kolejny z Aleną .

We had an absolutely amazing stay in this incredible and beautifully decorated apartment in Alicante. With two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a stunning terrace overlooking the most breathtaking sea view imaginable, this place truly exceeded our expectations. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need – perfect for both a longer holiday or a quick weekend getaway. The complex also offers several lovely pools, including one that’s heated, as well as a well-maintained gym area and a court for padel and other activities – ideal for those who like to stay active during their vacation. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the service. The hosts were outstanding – so helpful, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best possible experience. Nothing was ever a problem, and their warm hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. We’re so grateful we had the chance to stay here – we can wholeheartedly recommend this place!!

Un departamento con todo lo qué necesitas. Solo con llevar tu ropa suficiente 👍🏽 Es una ubicación perfecta, el apartamento es tan completo, que no le falta el más mínimo detalle! Repetiremos seguro! Eduardo es muy amable y atento!! Limpieza impecable!

Nos hemos venido encantados en la estancia de Marion, ha sido encantadora y atenta desde el principio. El piso está ubicado a 10-15min en coche de las playas más tranquilas y naturales que puedas conseguir por la zona, con la marina o playa el rebollo. También esta a 5min en coche de varios supermercados y restaurantes cosa que se agradece bastante. En el piso, la zona de la azotea está maravillosa, excelente para hacer una barbacoa y ver el atardecer. Zona muy tranquila 👏🏻

Un immense merci à Pablo pour sa gentillesse, sa bienveillance et toutes les adresses utiles qu’il nous a envoyées à notre arrivée. Nous avons passé 9 nuits dans cet appartement et tout était parfait, exactement comme décrit dans l’annonce, voire même mieux ! L’appartement est idéalement situé, à deux pas de la plage, que l’on peut admirer directement depuis le balcon : la vue est magnifique. Très spacieux, lumineux de tous les côtés, bien équipé, rien ne manque. On s’y sent vraiment bien. Il est aussi proche des restaurants, bars, commerces, et du centre d’Alicante. Il y a même un parc d’attractions pour les enfants à proximité. Nous avons adoré notre séjour, passé d’excellents moments et créé de beaux souvenirs en famille. Nous sommes ravis, très satisfaits, et c’est certain : nous reviendrons ! Nous recommandons cet appartement à 100 %. Si je pouvais mettre plus que 5 étoiles, je le ferais sans hésiter ! Que ce soit la propreté, la localisation, l’équipement, tout était au top👍🏻

Top appartement die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Het was schoon, aan het strand (incl stoeltjes en parasol), parkeergarage inbegrepen en een fijne host. Het gaf de mogelijkheid om lekker in het appartement te ontbijten en te lunchen, maar ook zit er wanneer je de deur uitloopt genoeg om dat buiten de deur te doen. Een fijne schone badkamer met ook de mogelijkheid om de was te doen, een fijne keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt, en het bed lag heerlijk. Ook een fijn balkon waar je lekker kan zitten.

Un placer haber disfrutado del apartamento, zon muy tranquila y a un paso de Alicante y San Juan. El apartamento tal y como se muestra en fotos y una limpieza y comodidad espectacular. Iago y Alba siempre pendientes de nosotros. Volveremos sin duda.

Very happy with the apartment, felt very comfortable. The area around was everything we needed from beach to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Angela is definitely top host.

A lovely place in a great neighborhood, perfect with dog. Always great and very friendly communication. Everything we needed was there, we felt cared for and welcome. Very clean, absolutely spotless! Also close to the beach. 10/10 points, nothing to complain about; would definitely recommend and stay here again :) :)

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

Mayte una anfitriona genial. Predispuesta a ayudar desde que contratamos, y muy solícita a la hora de ayudarnos. Muy amable en la recepción. Y el alojamiento, las mejores vistas imaginables. Muy confortable, bien equipado. La urbanización, de carácter familiar, tranquila. Piscina estupenda, jardines muy cuidados. Entorno inmejorable, la playa en la puerta. Y el personal de servicio, los porteros y demás, muy atentos también para ayudar. Nos gustaría mucho volver.

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Fantastisk flott område med flere bassenger, jacussier, bar, treningssenter etc. vi stortrivdes på området. Perfekt om du er ute etter å sole deg dagen lang. Stort kjøpesenter rett i nærheten, samt dagligvare butikk rett ved. Så veldig enkelt å handle.

Boendet var väldigt bra och Miriam var mycket hjälpsam både före och under vår vistelse. Boendet var väldigt fint och hade allt man behövde. Stranden utanför lägenheten är toppen och det fanns många bra restauranger nära. Stort plus med padelbana och pool på boendet. Jag hade verkligen rekommenderat detta boende!

I did not meet Antonio or Mika (ie, co-host), however, they were very friendly and helpful in out chats. Antonio gave me great restaurant recommendations. The apartment was one of the best Airbnb apartments I have ever stayed in. It is a high-tech modern apartment (ie, lights in bathrooms turn on by themselves, entrance door closes itself, TVs in every room, sauna type showers). It was a little noisy in the morning/afternoon since they are renovating the yard/garden areas. However, at the pace they are going, I think it should be finished soon. They are doing a really nice job (ie, very nice plants, pond area, etc...). I would like to return and see the finished product :-)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und dessen Ausstattung. Wir hatten leider kein Auto und somit war es etwas umständlich etwas in der Gegend zu entdecken. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden wieder kommen!

This was the best equipped Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The owners had thought of everything. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with stylish furniture. Our flight was early and we were able to get in to the apartment early too. The underground carpark was great too. The south facing balcony was superb and very private. The apartment block was quiet too. Walkable to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Also 5 minute drive to 3 different golf courses. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it !
