It was a sensational experience! Gabriela was super attentive and responsive! All local directions were exceptional, and the house is extremely cozy and comfortable for the family! Super recommend it and I'll be back as soon as possible!

On the first day, the water in the area ran out, so the host made another apartment nearby available for us to shower. The dryer of the washing machine was not working, and the same apartment was again made available for us to dry the clothes. All our needs were met by the host! Great location!

Excellent experience!! The house itself is amazing, but all the attention and care the hosts give to their guests is something that elevates the stay to another level. My husband was on his birthday and put some heart cutouts, my son did not feel very well on the day of checkout and were super flexible worried about his well-being, leaving us calm for a late exit after his recovery. Only compliments, we will certainly return. Thanks for all care and kindness.

ALL IMPECCABLE! Without a doubt, the best experience we've ever had on Airbnb. The house is beautiful, super well-equipped and thought out in every detail. We came with a 6-month-old baby and an elderly person with reduced mobility, and everything worked perfectly. Accessibility grade 10, children's corner, full kitchen (with dishwasher!), heated floor and even a first aid kit. It had a crib, stroller, washing machine, powerful dryer, bedding and towels of great quality. The air conditioning is amazing — you don't want to leave the house! We were also greeted with basic items in the kitchen, which makes all the difference for those who arrive tired from traveling and want a black coffee. The location is also great, with easy access to Rua Coberta. Nice and Luciano, thank you for all the affection and attention from start to finish. We've stayed in great places, but this was incomparable. Seriously, I have absolutely nothing to suggest as an improvement. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. We'll be back for sure!

Perfect house for those seeking tranquility and peace, but with comfort. Beds are great, super-equipped kitchen, quality furniture, but the main one was the location. The house is on a huge plot with beautiful garden in the front and native forest behind, with the right walk to a creek. It is about 10min from the center of Gramado by car, it is not for those who seek the agitation of the activities of the city center. I spoke twice with Alexandre, who responded quickly and was super gentle in the explanations. I thank you for the great endi we had there🙏🌻.

I don't even know what to say about Rejane's house anymore without being repetitive… I love staying there, the place is beautiful, close to everything. The house is charming, everything works. Anyway, highly recommend the stay!!

I stayed in a very spacious, comfortable and complete apartment. The place exceeded my expectations, with all the necessary items for a peaceful stay — well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, excellent shower and very well-organized environments. The service was also impeccable: the host was always attentive, helpful and responded quickly to all questions. Communication was clear and efficient from start to finish. The space is comfortable, well located and has all the resources for cooking something, such as pots, plates, bowls. It is in a great and very beautiful region, I just suggested that the space have waste separation, dry and organic.

Nina's space is excellent, well-distributed, clean and cozy, with clean linens and towels and everything. I highlight the promptness and kindness of Zelador Vanderlei, who was responsible for the check-in and check-out of the apartment and was available for any need. About the stay, everything essential was available. My only observation is the sharpened knives or a sharpener. I understand that it is not customary for travelers to cook at home or make use of the object, but in our case, we chose to make some meals on the premises, so the object became somewhat necessary for use. Otherwise, the space is perfect, we would definitely stay at Nina's space again.

The apartment is very cozy, it exceeded expectations. It was very smelling when we arrived. Having a washing machine is very useful, we really like it. The bed is extremely comfortable and the room is a perfect darkness for resting. The building is very quiet. The location is perfect for doing several things on foot and still enjoying the beauty of the neighborhood. I highly recommend it!

A good stay. The apartment is inside the hotel wish structure, only a hotel could offer transportation on the premises. I went with my elderly parents, with low mobility, it was bad for them. Because it is a hill that needs to be climbed to reach the reception/coffee shop and other environments
