Casa Afeto is a charming place, I highlight, among many qualities, the comfort, beauty, brightness and silence. Exactly what we were looking for. Because we have a girl, we were very surprised to find toys in the house and a beautiful and very functional play area in the condominium. Our family loved it and we plan to return soon. The house is in a very beautiful and remote region, but at the same time close to Nova Petrópolis. Quiet and safe place. Since our arrival we felt at home, there was a letter at the time of our arrival with our names, a treat (sparkling wine and a muffin). The house is large and spacious, we went in two couples with two small children, the only point that we found a bit bad are the boxs of the bathrooms that are small and half "claustrophobic" because they are not glass, it is a closed wall, and to bathe the small children was kind of difficult, but not an impediment... The spa is wonderful and integrated barbecue area too, as well as the surroundings that is a very beautiful region, are privileged by the place it has! Luciano has always been connected and willing to help with any questions, all very well organized and clean, we highly recommend!

Tanise's place is excellent! Super well located, close to Borges de Medeiros and Rua Torta. The garage is large and spacious. The apartment is well equipped, I just missed amenities like bath soap. Apart from that, it was a great stay!

The apartment is very cozy and matched our needs, it was clean and organized and the view was beautiful. The location was easy to access the center, we had no difficulty using Uber service. The lighting of the room in the morning only bothered us a little bit as the light crosses the curtain as soon as it dawns.

It was all perfect, great place, with a view of nature, close to many things and attractions, I'll just come back for sure!

I loved our stay! The apartment is a charm, matches the images. Great showers, air-conditioning to heat, Super well located, we did everything by walking. The best spots in the city are less than 200m away. As we took our 2-year-old daughter, there was a bath and a cart that was a hand on the wheel. A Vivi always very friendly. I highly recommend it!

Great house with lots of privacy and outdoors, featuring all the necessary utensils. Check in facilitated. Only inconvenience was that the showers lowered the pressure when turning on a faucet or pulling the discharge.

We had a very special stay! The house is very cozy and welcoming, offering a beautiful experience of the Serra Gaúcha. The silence and peace at night made us sleep very well. The dogs on the property are sweethearts, they interacted with us and ours as well, but they are very obedient. We spent a very nice family weekend! The place is great and very beautiful! The house is very well-equipped, with large rooms and very clean bathrooms. Lucas and Mrs. Inez were very welcoming and served us very well, always very helpful and kind, especially Mrs. Inez who guided us at all times. We love to enjoy the farm animals! The dogs and cats are very friendly and became our friends, also welcoming us with great affection. It's worth taking the tour and hiking to the waterfall! We had a great experience! The house is exactly as shown in the photos: well organized, cozy and with incredible natural beauty. Communication with the host was always quick, attentive and very kind. Extremely comfortable bedding and mattresses and lots of firewood, which is great! We had a small setback with the hot water (due to a power fluctuation in the city), but the host was super available and helpful, guiding us. We definitely recommend it and would stay again! 😊

THE HOUSE: extremely pleasant atmosphere! Cozy house, comfortable beds and the wood-burning stove gives a more than special touch to the place. THE PLACE: for those who like peace and tranquility like me, the place is perfect. 24 hours of quiet, listening to the birds singing, the clucking of the chickens and the fast trot of the sheep. All this together becomes an orchestra for rest. Plus, it has PLENTY of room for a good walk. THE COUPLE: I wish it were easy and simple to find people like Rodrigo and Rosane. Unique people. They gave us all the attention we needed, without being at all invasive. I remembered my grandmother's house, where there was always some delicacy available made by her. In this sense, Rosane is not far behind, as she presented us with several delicacies (such as polvilho bread, homemade bread, strawberry jam, guava chimia, honey, etc.). Not to mention the affectionate little notes that are everywhere. It is worth reading each one of them.

The host Mr. Vanderlei is very attentive and concerned about offering us a great experience. At the site we had options to purchase some local products produced by the neighbors, such as cucus, breads and pudding. The house was extremely clean and organized. The area surrounding the house was also impeccable. Across the street runs a river that has easy access. I recommend it. A place to enjoy and rest, very safe and quiet! Thank you for your welcome.
