During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

From Grafing Bahnhof you can reach Munich Ostbahnhof in 13 minutes and central station in 24 minutes by regional train. Train connections to Rosenheim and Salzburg are also available. Wasserburg, with its beautiful old town, is 30 minutes away and Bad Aibling with its thermal baths is 26 minutes away by car. There are many beautiful cycle paths in the area. Due to its location, the apartment offers the perfect starting point for unforgettable excursions to the mountains, to Munich or Salzburg or for a relaxing day on the huge balcony terrace with a breathtaking alpine panorama from the spray to the Kampenwand!

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people with a size of about 60 sqm. The cozy furnished apartment is on the 1st floor and can be reached via the outside staircase. The west-facing living room leads directly to your own, protected patio overlooking nature. The kitchen as well as the rest of the furnishings were made by a local carpenter with regional wood. Details, fabrics and colors were lovingly selected to feel good

Enjoy life close to nature in this quiet and centrally located accommodation. S-Bahn is a 10-minute walk away. The BRB RB 54 train takes you to Munich Ostbahnhof in 15 minutes and to the main station in 25 minutes. We have 2 fast WiFi connections available. The nearest supermarket (Aldi) is just 5 minutes away on foot. Lots of greenery around and nice for walking.

This nice half-souterrain flat is located in the small city Grafing bei München in a quiet part of the city. We have two train stations with very good connection to Munich (1,5-3km away) and free parking directly in front of the flat. Munich trade fair center is reachable in 35 minutes.

Beautyful holiday flat in Ebersberg near Munich

Studio/Apartment approx. 45 square metres with separate entrance in the first floor of a modern private house. For our American friends (due a specific feedback): first floor is not ground floor. Situated absolutely calm and quiet in a dead end street.
