The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. The guest apartment is located in the souterrain of our home, with separate entrance. From the spacious entrance area you can reach the bathroom as well as the kitchenette with fridge, 2-burner stove and microwave. Afterwards, you will pass through the dressing area with chest of drawers and wardrobe, into the large cozy living, dining and sleeping area. The stable dining table is also well suited as a workspace.

A quiet studio under the roof of a listed 1889 building, right in the middle of Westend — arguably Munich's most alive neighbourhood — and still calm enough to sleep with the window open. The apartment was furnished with a lot of love for detail. In the hallway there is a gallery from the 1972 Munich Olympics. The two cozy rooms in the attic (3rd floor) are quiet and yet very centrally located. They offer max. 4 sleeping places for adults (180cm double bed and two single beds with 80cm). Since we also use the rooms privately for friends who come to visit, there is everything you need. There is a private bathroom and a kitchenette where you can prepare coffee and small snacks.
