The guest apartment is located in the souterrain of our home, with separate entrance. From the spacious entrance area you can reach the bathroom as well as the kitchenette with fridge, 2-burner stove and microwave. Afterwards, you will pass through the dressing area with chest of drawers and wardrobe, into the large cozy living, dining and sleeping area. The stable dining table is also well suited as a workspace.

The apartment was furnished with a lot of love for detail. In the hallway there is a gallery from the 1972 Munich Olympics. In the kitchen-living room, you can not only cook, but also sit comfortably together. The living room is the heart of the apartment - with stunning views of the large garden. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and a workplace. In addition to the bathtub, there is a separate toilet.

Charming attic - also bookable for only 1 room

The two cozy rooms in the attic (3rd floor) are quiet and yet very centrally located. They offer max. 4 sleeping places for adults (180cm double bed and two single beds with 80cm). Since we also use the rooms privately for friends who come to visit, there is everything you need. There is a private bathroom and a kitchenette where you can prepare coffee and small snacks.
