Intimate and quiet, it has a separate double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area, accommodating up to 4 people. The kitchen has every comfort: dishwasher, microwave, illycaffé machine, washing machine. The southern exposure and the reflection of the sea give the house a warm and harmonious light, in summer the air conditioning gives peaceful sleep. Parking and terrace overlooking the sea and city. City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.
