Very nice apartment in the middle of Istria! Ideal for reaching Rovinj, Pula or Opatija in a short time. Beautiful quiet location, perfectly equipped. Emanuela and her family welcomed us warmly and even showed us their wine cellar - including tasting. Lovingly restored stone house with well-kept garden and parking right by the house. Highly recommended!

Very clean and spacious with a vintage feel. Very quiet at all times. Had everything we needed and a friendly host. Felt very private with our own space away from the main property.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

We felt very comfortable in Michele's apartment. The layout and furnishings were perfect for us with a 3 year old child. There was also a high chair for children and two bicycle seats. We had a great time in Grado!

Host was super nice and helpful. The place was absolutely spotless down to every corner of the house, not a corn of dust in sight. Also it’s nice that the kitchen has all essentials already available so it was a very functional kitchen as well.

We loved every minute here! The photos do not do it justice – – it’s far more beautiful in person. The views over trees and the water are spell – binding. We would sit and watch as the sky and the water as the light changed. It was very easy to hike up on the Napoleonic way or down to the seaside. The kitchen was great and it was fun to cook with fresh Italian ingredients. I enjoyed a few swims even in cooler weather. But it was particularly a good place for us to hole up and reboot, take a break and get work done. We hope to make this an annual retreat. Petra and Ivan were particularly helpful, and went out of their way to support our stay and even extend it. We are very grateful!

We were received in a very friendly manner. We were provided with very good bicycles, so you could quickly and comfortably get into the city. When the coffee machine did not work, we were immediately given a new machine and coffee. The terrace is especially beautiful because you have a lot of evening sun, we really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, we will be happy to come back!

We stayed in the apartment with our children for almost a week. Particularly noteworthy is the location - really optimal - this is right by the beach where there is also a playground. Parking is also available in the neighborhood on the street just 50 m away - on arrival you can stop directly in front of the house entrance and comfortably unload your luggage. Rose and Paulo are super organized and very helpful, really great people and TOP hosts ☺️ We will be happy to come back - certainly in the off-season, as the area is then very relaxed.

It was simply enchanting in every way. We were able to spend an unforgettable time, one would certainly endure it even longer. Fantastic location right by the sea, terrace invites you to linger. Mega roof terrace. Fully equipped and absolutely nothing is missing.

Beautiful apartment for two people. Very clean, tidy, fresh. Convenient for the sea with a beautiful promenade. Bus stop for Grado center within walking distance. Bicycles available as well as a covered parking space! Supermarket 5 minutes by car. The surroundings are beautiful. We hope to be able to come back.

The landlord is super nice, sent us a short presentation with all the important information. The apartment was super clean and new. Unfortunately, it is about 20 minutes walk from the center and it had no balcony, which was not quite visible in the photos. Nevertheless, I can recommend the accommodation, because the amenities, the extreme cleanliness and the super nice landlord make the value for money really great!

We have been in touch with Allesandra who was very kind and supportive. Apartments are spacious, well equipped, with kids we appreciated especially washing machine (even with washing tablets :-)). Location is calm, walking distance to the beach and playground with bistro.

The perfect spot for me as I was working at the boatyard in San gorgio. Alessia and her lovely family were always up for a chat, but also did not invade privacy. Gave dinner recommendations, and was super-lovely. I’ll be returning!

The location is great! It was an all-around nice stay, we will be back!

great place and super friendly host

Franko and his wife were cordial and gracious hôtes. Their house is in a beautiful and peaceful setting, 10mn up a winding road from Koper. Although walking to and from town would be challenging, parking is abundant and inexpensive in Koper, and Franko's house is a great base for exploring the area's attractions. We would be delighted to stay there again.

We spent a few days in Trieste as a family with two children (2 and 5 years old). Alessandro's apartment was a perfect base for exploring on foot. The detailed tips that Alessandro kindly compiled were very helpful for this. The apartment itself is an absolute dream! Beautiful and lovingly furnished, very clean and spacious. For our children, there were so many nice little things, such as books and toys, that absolutely sweetened their stay. But the small room alone, which can be reached by the stairs and in which you have a great view of Trieste from the skylight, was an absolute highlight. We felt right at home from the very first second! The fact that there is a pizzeria right next door was another plus (sometimes the big hunger has to be satisfied quickly. ;-)). But the equipment in the kitchen was also perfect for cooking food. All in all, an absolutely brilliant accommodation!

Lovely place- easy walk to many things but off the beaten path. Beautiful apartment!

The apartment was completely as described, plus you add a live charm, and then it's even nicer. The space is relatively small but brilliantly organized. Everything is in place. Stancic is quiet, ususky, warm and romantic. Natasha and Sammuele are very proactive and share everything in advance. There's a whole "book" recommendation left on what to see, where to go, where to eat. The street is two minutes from the seafront. The apartment is on the fourth floor which will give you a great view, all the way to the Miramare Castle.

Very nice apartment, with everything you need, nice outdoor area for dining outdoors. Very close to the Redipuglia Memorial, so you can walk there. You can park along the outside street, which is a little narrow but without problems. Monica and her husband are very kind and caring. I highly recommend it.

Lovely, rustic apartment with everything you need. The highlight is the terrace with sea views and a grill. The sea is a 5-minute walk away and yet the location of the apartment is quiet and private.
