The apartment is located in ,probably, most beautiful part of the town, overlooking the Old town of Korčula. Distance from the center of the town is just a few minutes walk,also Old town. There are small town beaches and places to take a swim in front of the apartment. Apartment is newly redecorated, nice and tidy and bright. You can enjoy the peace and quiet but also be very close the center of town. APARTMAN 2 - ERA (NO PETS!)

The house is located away from the main road. The parking lot is private and is about 50 meters away from the house. Otherwise, the normal road from the parking lot to the apartment is about 270 meters. Upon arrival, it is not possible to drive all the way to the villa, but it is possible to stop the car about 30 meters from the villa, throw out things and take the car to the parking lot. Beautiful view from the balcony of the place and the sea. We communicate with guests in Czech, Slovak, English and German. Not for guests with mobility issues!

Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

We are located in Gradac, small town in croatian south region Dalmatia. Gradac is best known for its 2km beach. The vicinity of Split, Makarska, Medjugorje, Mostar and Dubrovnik which are all big tourist attractions, then the river Neretva and the Baćina lakes provide a variety of actvities for your holiday.
