Amazing house in Sarria - Sant Gervasi neighborhood and next to Gracia neighborhood. It is very bright house and with large spaces; it is a unique house. It has a swimming pool with a garden with small stones. An attic for moments of relaxation. A large kitchen for several diner guests, living room, studio, etc. You also have an elevator and parking. Five minutes away from the subway: First station, Gracia, second station, Diagonal, then Paseo de Gracia and Plaza Cataluña (center of Barcelona). The neighborhood is very quiet because it is a residential area, but it is close to Gracia, the fashionable nightlife district of Barcelona. The average price per week is 2,500 Euros and includes everything (electricity, gas, sheets, and final cleaning). The booking method is made through a temporary contract and a deposit of 20%. David was an excellent host and very helpful. He went above and beyond helping us with recommendations and suggestions. The house was very clean and the garden has several seating areas and a nice swimming pool. Garden good for both us and our small dog. It is very peaceful and 5-10 minute walk to a walk/cycle track along the beach which we did many times. The town has everything you need, is not overly touristy and we shopped there most days. The local port has several restaurants. We were there for 4 weeks and had a really excellent time. We would thoroughly recommend David's house.

Patricia met us at the apartment and showed us round. she was excellent at communicating with us to coordinate arrival time. the apartment was very spacious and very well equipped including cot and baby bath which was great for us as we were travelling with a 5 month old baby. Patricia was very helpful and allowed us to leave suitcases in the apartment until early afternoon so we could enjoy our last morning in Barcelona without luggage - much appreciated!

Fantastic establishment. Great accommodation. The house had everything we needed. Very clean. The pool was amazing!! We enjoyed the bikes which were provided. Local restaurants were top notch. Reasonably close to Barcelona. We had a car rental and were able to park easily inside the gates of the home. The home alarm system gave us extra security which made us feel extra comfortable. The air conditioning was not working during our stay but the weather was not super hot so we were ok with it.

What a great stay we had at this amazing villa. They were so helpful & friendly through to meet all of our needs. The place is just as the pictures show & the surroundings are amazing. It’s approximately 35 minutes to the centre of Barcelona & very difficult to get taxis & very expensive so a car is recommended. There is a shop about 5km drive away which is handy and has everything you need in it. Would definitely recommend this to anyone as it is an amazing place to stay & relax. The pool was clean & neighbours were friendly.

Beautiful 15th century villa on 30 acre estate

Myself and 10 friends booked this villa for a week and it was such a fantastic experience! The villa and surrounding grounds are spectacular. The villa is clean, bedrooms comfortable and all modern appliances to cook for yourself and plenty of space for up to 12 people. There is a small grocery shop 4 min walk away where we were able to do all of our shopping, very handy. It would be even better if there was more sun loungers for all guests for next time. Chee-Kong was great and made sure we were comfortable and happy! We plan to book again in the future.
